they did get hear right after I called on Saturday morning, The guy was a little iffy. He used camera and found issue. I had to dig and turn over rock for him to find septic after he searched and searched where I told him to. AFter I said I was not spending $7000K he was kind of deflated. He was going to leave without checking repairs and I ask him to check the toilets and he failed to check my shower that backed up from sewage and after he left the water would not drain when I was trying to clean it. Now I have another plumber coming out Monday plus septic company. He was too young and not concerned about closing gates or doors in my house. Very nice just too young to care. My cat got out.

Water heaters always explode at the best possible time, right? Not in my experience… thank God for military plumbing and their incredible team!! Sunday morning while at church I get a call that my daughter’s room has water ALL over the place and it’s coming from the water heater closet. I knew immediately who to call. Military had their on-call tech, Chris Reeves, to my house in less than an hour to assess the situation. After quickly diagnosing that my ancient relic of a water heater had indeed finally failed and required replacement, Chris provided me with a few different options on how to proceed. After making the best choice for our situation, Chris headed back to their shop to retrieve and prep the IN STOCK water heater we needed. Upon his return, he removed the old monster from the closet and plumbed in our brand new unit. We were back up and running on a matter of a couple hours. PAINLESS process. PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, HONEST service technicians.. and local! I can’t say enough great things about military. This is not the first time I’ve used them and I’m sure won’t be the last. THANK YOU MILITARY PLUMBING!!! (Did I mention easy payment/financing options also available!?!)

Called Military Plumbing for gas leak on bottom of riser into my house. First class job from beginning to end. Aaron did an awesome job keeping me informed of the process and handled all coordination with required permits and inspections. Rowdy and the guys did great work and were very professional. They had to search at several parts houses for a specific coupling. This saved me a lot of money. Thanks guys for the extra effort. Highly recommend!

I had Jocob come out and look at my shower pan for leaks. He was very professional and knew his stuff. He also worked up a quote for some other work we'll need to do soon. He was very professional and respectful.

Brandon and Michael came out and weren't able to fix the problem the first time, but kept coming back until it was fixed. Super kind and respectful guys. Not only did they resolve our issue but went OUT OF THEIR WAY to save us money.

We had Jacob W come out to check a leak under some kitchen cabinets. He was very good at explaining the issue and was very conscientious about what it could cost and offered us a nice military discount. He also called and had a recommended restoration company come out and further evaluate the issue. He literally spent the majority of the day waiting with us until all details were ironed and explained in detail and insurance had been contacted and financial arrangements were made!

It’s hard to get someone to come to our small town. The sewers backed up into a house renters just moved into. Military Plumbing was willing to come out that night. We opted for the next morning. They had all the best equipment to quickly detect the problem. They presented the most cost-effective way to fix it. A temporary fix got things flowing. Within 48 hours the problem was solved with a 1 year warranty.

The techs were friendly, respectful and professional. We’ll call them again.

Everyone was very pleasant, however, that's really the only positive.

I set an appointment for repair of my water heater and was told between 12 and 2pm. Confirmed by them via text. At 2pm no one had arrived. Called, and was told they set 4 hour windows although they set and texted 12 to 2pm... OK, by 4pm then? At 4pm still no technician. Called again. Should be next stop. Got a call around 4:30 that the technician was about 45 minutes out. Got here right before 5:30.

Then no tools, no diagnosis, just my unit is 10 years old and has to be replaced. When I asked about repair I was told, "well, we could start swapping out parts. I'd have to go back to the shop." Gave me an incredibly high quote for a new unit and install and a sales pitch to buy their annual service. Well, no. Then charged me $89 for a service call when no service or diagnosis was done hours after the appointment scheduled time.

Military Plumbing Has great reviews and this is another great one. Brandon Hope was our representative and he is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to everything we said. His questions showed my son and I that he was listening to everything we had to say. We signed a contract for Military to fix our leak and get us approved for our foundation lifetime warranty. Because my son served in the military. We got a 15% discount!!!
