I had a clogged drain at my business and the gentleman at the rooter company was able to make it out same day! The price was very reasonable and he was very quick! Couldn't ask for more from a quality rooter! Thanks!

This person is very unprofessional and needs some more customer service skills. First of all, after his work was completed, which was to unclog our restaurant kitchen floor drain, he required payment- which I had no issue of paying with a company credit card. After several attempts of him trying to run my AMEX card on his phone, he starts being rude and saying he needed payment "NOW" and even texted me on how unprofessional and terrible I was to rip him off by not wanting to pay. I told him that it was a corporate card and it was a valid card. It was his card processing that couldn't take AMEX! He even threatened not to leave the restaurant without payment (asked for cash) because that's his business policy. I told him that he never stated his business policy either verbally or in writing so how would I have know that, which is besides the point and not a valid argument because he keeps insinuating that I wasn't going to pay him...which I was wholeheartedly trying to do. I told him that our business policy is either he can try to take my AMEX with another payment provider or he needs to send me an invoice and I can have my accounting department send him a hard check or ACH his account for the bill. He even had the audacity to say that he did me a favor coming out at 7pm to service my restaurant, when HE is the one that advertises that he is open until 5am! And look at his title, ASAP plumbing 24/7. Really? He was rude, belligerent, un-professional, and untrustworthy. If you're going to do business and not trust your customers, then communicate your expectations before you do the job and know what card you can accept, don't blame your customers! I tried using this as a teaching moment to him and explain to him the situation, but he told me that my texts were abusive and cut me off and told me not to text him anymore. Learned again, that you can lead a horse to water...

Edwin is a friendly and reliable plumber. His prices are fair and service is timely. He takes the time to explain the problem and possible solutions. I would call AA Super Rooter again.

This company is awesome!! The plumber was responsive and quick!! And affordable ☺️ My hot water heater stopped working and my sink was leaking and he fixed it real quick! I will recommend him to all my family and friends

My drain in the master bathroom weren't draining. I have an older home. He went to the roof to run the cable so he said it would be $250. I was a little worries about what he had done when he came in the house 15 minutes later to collect payment. I could tell he just didn't want to work. So, I asked him to go run the water and we will see if it drains. He assured me it would. He wouldn't stick around long enough to make sure it would. I asked him, what if it still doesn't drain? He shrugged and said he didn't know. I think for $250 I could at least get an explanation and maybe some options. I paid $250 for a shrug. However, I can't help but think had my husband been home, he maybe would have tried harder or at least better communication. It was clear I wasn't worth his time, but he had no problem taking the money. I do not recommend mainly because he didn't want to work. It was very clear.

This was the fastest and easiest service I have ever received from a plumbing company. As a first time home owner we felt very overwhelmed with our situation and they came in and made everything better. I would recommend this company to everyone in need of plumbing services and prices are unbeatable

They used a cheap plastic part instead of metal/aluminum for my valve that is connected to my toilet. The part ended up cracking & causing a flood in the bathroom and other rooms nearby. This caused thousands of dollars of damage to complete restoration, replace flooring, baseboards & other items. I do recall the plumber who came out being a nice gentleman, so I don't have any complaints about the service, but PLEASE confirm the parts they use for you are not cheaply made to temporarily provide a solution that could cost you more later on. 😢😢😢😢😢

I have used AA Super Rooter several times and have had wonderful results. My business is a cosmetology school so you can only imagine all the plumbing involved, from sinks, restrooms and twelve shampoo bowls. Edwin came out and handled all the problems fast and efficient. He even cleaned up after he was done and that hasn't happened with other plumbers we've used. I would highly recommend AA Super Rooter.

AA rooter came to my house to repair a leak on September 25th. I have always had handyman come and do work and never had any issues until then. So I decided to contact a licensed plumber. In my opinion the job was overpriced. The problem area was detected quickly because I explained where the previous work had been done. I did not like that he made a big outline on the wall with a sharpie but only needed to cut a small area. I have attached a picture. He replaced a small pvc pipe at the most 10 inches long. I am giving him 3 stars because he fixed the problem but I felt it was over priced and messy. When he was done he did not clean the area where he had worked on, he only somewhat offered to help after he saw me picking up pieces on the floor but I told him it was OK since I was already doing it. He also made a comment saying that it would be helpful to provide a broom(he only needed to ask and it would have been provided). He did not leave me with a good impression so I will not be contacting this company again. $275 for the job

Well, a if you ever need a plumber call Edwin at AA Super Rooter ... I recently purchased my home, and needed to call a plumber twice for small issues...He replaced a new garbage disposal and fixing some broken pipes underneath a sink. Both times were emergencies, as pipes broke and the garbage disposal was leaking. AA Super Rooter has someone onsite at our home within 24 hours.

Our natural gas line ruptured in our back yard and needed to be completely replaced in order for our gas service to be turned back on. We researched and called several licensed plumbers to come and give us an estimate. We ultimately chose Edwin and crew of AA Super Rooter to perform the work. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality, value, punctuality, service, and professionalism of AA Super Rooter. We will absolutely use AA Super Rooter for our future plumbing needs and we give them our highest recommendation! Was told that he’d be on location in an hour and a half. We canceled another plumber to save time, but nobody showed. We called and were told he needed at least another hour. He was also not very friendly. We have done business in the past (work that cost several thousand) and were always happy, but they would not invoice our business. We are not able to pay cash unless it’s a dire emergency, but we won’t use this company for any reason going forward.

UPDATE: We ended up replacing the entire sewer line and spent a large sum with another plumber. We would have used Edwin had he not handled his business so rudely.

This company is first rate! They came out to check my gas lines within one hour of my call. Edwin is friendly and goes out of the way to make sure things are correct the first time. HIs prices are reasonable and he is straightforward with his pricing and sticks by his word.

Edwin is the man and saved the day! My dental office was flooding in the bathroom and I immediately searched google for a local plumber. I read all the great reviews here and called Edwin. Within an hour Edwin was at my office and began working immediately. His response time, knowledge, service and friendliness by far exceeded my expectations. I needed a plumber for an emergency, and so I called AA Super Rooter. It was late in the day, but Edwin came by and helped me with a new water heater. He was thorough and got the job done quickly , so when I need a plumber again, I was sure to call him back. I have used his services a few times, and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that the job was being done right . I got to see inside my pipes with the camera, and I was able to see the blockage of the broken pipe, so I didn't have to wonder if I really needed a new pipe or not. He has been prompt, fair, and reasonable with his services and pricing. I would highly recommend him!

Highly recommend! We have been using this company for years, very dependable. Edwin completely replaced the cracked cast iron pipes underneath our foundation with new.(his estimate was the lowest too) There where tunnels under our house! His crew was great, efficient & really worked their faces off.
