Bry initially responded when our water heater had a major valve disengagement, showering the interior of the house with large amounts of water. Bry responded immediately after wel called. Bry immediately when to work, salvaging what he could and turning off the gas and water. He replaced the water heater the same night, allowing us to have hot water once the tank filled up.
Bry came back several times to make sure the water heater was running properly and if we had any questions or issues the the parts or service delivered. Bry came out today to assist with our gas fire place. He inspected the systems and monitored where the gas came into the house and attic. He was able to get the fire place started with little trouble. Bry and the crew from Rotor Rutor will have our business for life. They were timely. The gave us the information we needed, what it was going to cost; and worked with the insurance company to keep the process working smoothly. Roto As soon as Bry was finished, Kevin stepped in and started cleaning up the disaster. Jorge was our field rep and he was amazing. He helped explain the big picture and how they all worked.
Roto Rutor is a whole team concept, and they don’t let off until we were back on our feet. Those three gentlemen weee pivotal in making the process easier. My wife and I are going to continue to hire their services for all our plumbing and gas and electrical related needs. Thank you, again.

The technician Kenneth was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was expecting just a simple snake and clean but they uncovered and verified with camera the primary reason if clog which was a shifting foundation and plumbing lines mid aligned as a result. Thank you so much for clearing the drainage lines and providing a proposal for repairing the root cause.

Steve did an awesome job of clearing our clogged drain. It had effected 2 bathrooms and now draining great. He was personable and cleaned up the work area very well when he was done.

I called them out for a leak in my front yard. The guy came out and couldn't find my water meter. I told him that i was informed that it was by the sidewalk, behind the mailbox. He still couldn't find it. It turned out to be covered by a layer of dirt. It had only been about 10 minutes when he said her was going to have to start charging me for exploratory digging. He started "digging" basically putting the shovel in the ground and moving the dirt around. Not actually pulling up dirt to look for anything. He managed to break one of my sprinkler pipes. I asked him, what he just busted and he wouldn't answer. He did fix it, it was just annoying that he wouldn't acknowledge that I was talking to him. All the while he is telling me that it is probably a foundation leak and will cost me a couple of thousand dollars to fix. We called someone from the come out and help him find it. He couldn't find it either. I told him where it was supposed to be, but he kept looking in other places. Needless to say, I got the name of a LOCAL plumber and called him. He told me what he thought the problem would be and said he would come out and look at it. Once i told the Roto Rooter guy that he could stop because I had someone else coming out, he "amazingly" dug in the right spot and found the meter. He seemed bothered that I didn't want him to stay even thought he found it. He charged me over $800 to do absolutely nothing. I did call roto rooter to complain. They said someone would call me back. No one ever did. They did end up refunding me $250, which isn't much since they didn't actually do anything other than move dirt around. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone who asks. The other plumber came, turned off the water, found the leak and fixed it for less than I was charged by Roto rooter, for nothing.

I had to call Steve out for a second time for a totally different problem. Steve took care of the problem very quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable! He made sure all my issues were resolved. I did feel like it was expensive this time.

Steve was amazing! He got here so fast when we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and fixed it very quickly. So thankful for Roto-Rooter and their awesome customer service. Steve is very experienced and kind.

Steve did such an amazing job! He showed up on time to the appointment, explained what needed to be done and after completion we finally have a unclogged laundry room drain! Steve even stayed long enough for us to fill the washing machine and do a test run! Great service and great guy!

Showed up on time. Diagnosed the issue within 2 mins. Gave me price - I approved, he fixed it and I was back to having a functioning home all within 30 mins!! Luis was amazing!!! Definitely going to be my go-to plumbing service from now on!

Updates: So they finally showed up. Took a quick look, gave no details about the accessment and told me they'll charge 500 at least, 700 if they have to take the toilet out. (We've only throwed toilet paper so its not a major clog) ofc we said no to the price. Later we found another company and made an appointment within the same day, who actually showed up in time, walked us through the details and charged us reasonably. I wish I dodged this company at first for my waisted time..

If you need plumber urgently like us, go another place, they'll lie to you. Waited around for two days with 5 promised times. No one showed up. Why would you promise a time that you can't make it and why would you do it 5 times when we clearly told you we need plumber asap. We could have hired someone else at firt. This business is just evil and with no empathy.

Our technician Steve was very quick & resourceful. He not only detected the problem, but very quickly cleared the drain backup. He was clean. Did not leave any mess. And was really courteous. Would definitely recommend him anytime there is a drain issue.

Excellent emergency responsiveness to our plumbing backup! Steve was great and kept me up to speed on what he was doing. He also had us do a thorough stress test.

We tried to do a DIY installment of a kitchen faucet that ended with us breaking the supply line valve and on a Saturday night we called for an emergency visit and Roto-Rooter came out within the hour and fixed our problem and installed our new faucet. The technician was very friendly and did a great job. I would recommend this company.

I chose Roto-Rooter services because I’ve trusted their brand for many years with other different issues. This time it was my home and the drains were stopped somewhere between the house and the street. And water was backing up into the house whenever used. The technician STEVEN came out and did a fantastic job and was extremely professional in all aspects of the service. Thank you very much STEVEN for your diligent hard work. They also sent another gentleman out and they ran on a camera through the drainage at no extra or additional charges. It’s approved that there wasn’t an underlying issue that needed to be taken care of. Thank you very much.

Amazing service. Kelvin was thorough,professional and friendly. I had issues with my sewage pipe backed up. He help us and also priced matched the invoice.

He was very patient with the me, we kept going back and forth on getting it done. He gave us space and time to get to him. He also was very friendly with both my boys. My younger one kept disturbing him during his work. He was very accommodating and in fact took time to explain things to him.

Trane thermostat threw an error code and shut down. Technician showed up and ran diagnostics. Now everything is running like it’s supposed to. No charge for the visit. Great customer service!
