Randall Tadlock came out quick and cleared our drain. He showed me everything that was going on in my sewer system, and we found the culprit on camera. Daughter had put something that didn't belong down the toilet. Randall was friendly, quick and thorough. I know at some point we'll need to do more work so I can start saving for it.

Dustin Jackson was the rep they sent out. I can absolutely tell he knows his stuff. Our heater went out this morning, and with the winter storm supposed to arrive tomorrow, Milestone sent somebody out same-day and got me and my family taken care of. Couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Zane Larman was very thorough and pleasant too. Congratulations on employing a great guy. He also let me know about Milestone Reality. I don’t recall the name it’s called but the idea that the wonderful folk at Milestone have another helpful service!!! Thank you Zane!

My heater quit working and service technician came out today. He was very patient and listen to what I had to say even though I was quite frustrated because they had just been out the fifth of this month. He was able to replace the part that needed to be replaced. He was very kind and very quick to fix the problem.

Thomas did a great job both times he has been out for Milestone. I appreciate that he explained everything he needed to do and was efficient getting everything done. I would have him come out and work on my hvac system again.

Very honest. Answered my questions. Told me to see if the A/C balacing works and if not told me my options. I liked that alot. It was like saying Dont spend money if what the company just did works for you.

Matthew did a great job installing power to two sides of our garage. He had to add a circuit to our panel, and explained all very well. We have almost always had great technicians from Milestone. Highly recommend!

So, this was a complete replacement of the HVAC units outside and up in the attic. There is no easy, clean, quiet way to remove the massive unit in the attic and replace it with a new one; same for the unit outside. HOWEVER, these guys did a great job, fair beyond my expectations. Analogy: even though it was a root canal, it felt like merely a cleaning AND the dentist was polite, well-spoken, and an overall nice guy. I probably could have found a lower price but no way could I have had a better experience.

The service was exceptional. The service technician was professional, kind and very personable. It was a pleasure to have him installed my ceiling fan. If I ever need Milestone services again, I would request to have the same representative. He was a pleasure to work with.

Chris Hennig performed a thorough inspection of our hvac system. He was very professional, worked cleanly, and didn't cut corners to save time. He provided a comprehensive report with options for how to address the found issues.

This company provided a duct cleaning for my home and Mr. Logan only done the air vents and not done for my two restrooms due to the air vents holes is small as 3 inches.
Also, he did not cleans the indoor evaporator coil and blower.
Just doing the air vents (living room, bathrooms and the hall way. The cost is $499.00 plus tax for one hour.
You as the customer tell me is it worth it for over $500.00.
The good thing is Logan vacuum the dust areas and this is good.

Our heat went out at the start of a winter storm, and we were worried no one could come. As a member, Milestone set us up with emergency service free of charge, which was such a relief.

James McCreary arrived at 8 a.m. and was a true Godsend. He fixed everything in under ten minutes, and his positive attitude and beautiful spirit made the experience even better. Despite frozen doors and slick, icy roads, he showed up smiling and grateful to be at work.

We had excellent plumbing service today from Milestone. Daniel, our technician, fixed our plumbing issue and was very professional and courteous. He did a safety check for us and gave us some very helpful information about maintenance and answered our questions thoroughly.

Clayton did a wonderful job helping us determine the cause of an electrical issue between the ceiling fan and a wall outlet. When the initial remedy wasn’t possible, Clayton came up with an alternative and got the job done while being mindful of the recent renovations we had done to the drywall. We were very grateful for his communication, expertise, and respectfulness of our home during the whole process.

Austin Sauter, the young Technician at Milestone was a professional and also a down to earth gentleman. He was absolutely knowledgeable on his trade. How I know this is because I am a member of 2 years at Milestone and they have done a few pipe issues on my 23 year old house. Chris Stovall was outstanding from the time he arrived from the time he left. He was very personal and meticulous in his work at hand. He was very knowledgeable of the extensive work on the toilet and Chris was outstanding 👏 as well replacing the Hot water heater. Also Ivan Samchez came in on time and assessed the situation and was instrumental in getting out financing approve. We were so grateful 🙏 for these guys today. Worst plumbing experience ever came out and performed tests and told me I didn't have a leak even though I soaked up the water with towels told them we're it was and that this exact thing had happened before same spot didn't want to listen to me so they said needed to cut in my sheet rock to try locate it before they did that I suggested they take the trim piece off at that bottom to see if it was wet told me the could find it. Said not leak so told them to leave. Pulled trim off my self and its wet and floor is wet behind it. Now have a hole that didn't need to be there. I wouldn't recommend milestone for plumbing. Victor one of the managers contacted me to apologize for the situation and offer to repair the wall I do appreciate him contacting me and taking care of the situation
