Overall - Roto Rooter has come twice to my home to address the same issue and was not able to address the root cause either time.

They did remove some build-up in the clean-out drain, but they never actually checked all the pipes from toilets, sinks, and showers to make sure that this was the key issue. A separate plumber (3G Plumbing, highly recommend) came out and they were able to do this - they showed me the root problem and suggested a realistic solution.

Meanwhile, the suggestion from Roto-Rooter came with a bill totaling as much as $20K for additional work. While I can't argue that this wouldn't have fixed the problem, the technicians were not able to show specifically what the issue was - they were guessing.

For how much I paid, I should reasonably expect to walk away with a clear understanding of the root issues and Roto-Rooter was not able to do this. While I love how responsive they were (they got out here within two hours - hence the 2 stars instead of 1), it does seem like they were only interested in selling me on more work that, turns out, I didn't need.

Had a massive clog in my 1960s house on a Saturday. They were here in an hour and fixed it. Totally worth the cost because I have a party later today (and I already wasted a lot of time trying to do it myself with no success). Thank you so much! Will be using them again.

Out tankless hot water heater valve stopped working on Christmas Eve. Bry came out on and diagnosed the problem on Christmas Eve, ordered the part and had it installed just after Christmas. I was impressed with his professionalism and quick turn around considering it was during the holidays!

My roto-rooter Kenneth was very professional & polite, walking me through the process. He did a great job unstoppable the line that leads to the toilet flowing properly. I hope I don't need to do it again but if so I would request him again.

Wonderful service by Steve. Kitchen sink drain was horribly clogged by previous owner's old grease far down the drain pipe. Steve snaked, and resnaked, the drain until it finally opened and he cleared it out. He also got us setup with, and thoroughly explained the recommended process for, a couple gallons of the pipe shield liquid to get rid of the residual grease.

The service was great as well as was the service man. He gave me an explanation of work required and was professional in all he did. Will highly recommend him to anyone. Jesse
