Reviews of local pros in Georgetown, Texas

Great customer service, good communication, fair pricing, and quick service. The Tree Scouts folks were in and out in less than an hour, hauled off all the wood, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Tree Scouts Tree Services. They were professional and did an excellent job pruning our trees and removing the dead ones. We really appreciated how they took extra care to clean their tools between trees to prevent the spread of disease. And after they finished, the cleanup was so thorough, it was as if they were never there!

We are so pleased by the work that Tree Scouts did in our yard this week! Erek was very helpful with providing advice as to the best steps to be taken with our trees. We have a big yard and many trees, so it was a big job. His crew was great and did a wonderful job of removing a very large dead tree, removing dead limbs and trimming limbs that had snapped during the big ice storm. They did a great job with clean up too!

Bonus: Our grandson LOVED watching the wood chipper!

Had a great experience with the Tree Scouts and their team. They cleaned up 3 big trees for me that had overgrown over the years. By far they are the best tree service that I have had over here. The team climbed high up safely and addressed every request. It was good to have Erek’s knowledge to ensure the trees were cut correctly. Definitely recommend.

Tree Scout Service was awesome! From start to finish, hassle free! We needed a tree on our property taken care of ASAP due to more storms rolling in and causing potential damage to our neighbors roof. Pretty sure Erek could hear the panic in my wife's voice as she was letting him know we needed some help. Erek did not hesitate and did everything he could to get us the help we needed and had a crew arrive the next day! Not to mention the price was very reasonable! Definitely recommend!

Great team of efficient and professional workers. They did a great job removing this tree which was infested and diseased and were helpful with obtaining a city permit. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Tree Scouts was awesome! Great and quick customer service. Erek the owner is knowledgeable and got our 30’ tree removal (around a power line )here in Round Rock done safely and professionally. His crew was thorough, safe and efficient , and left our yard clean and tidy. Hire these guys with confidence! You will not regret it.

Erek, Zack, and the crew with Tree Scouts Tree Service are very courteous and professional from the first call, to setting up a free on site estimate. To being honest and not trying to charge for work that isn’t necessary. They use necessary safety equipment and do the job right at a competitive price and I was amazed at the skill level the crew had making them get it done way faster than expected. This tree was over the neighbors fence and a large section over the top of our roof which made us nervous every storm.

Here are before and after pictures.

I hired Tree Scouts to trim a number of trees that had a lot of dead wood and have needed to be cleaned for years now. Their crew arrived on time and finished the job doing fantastic work! I couldn't be more pleased!

My previous tree service company was no longer in Austin so I did an AI search for a tree service with good reviews in the Cedar Park area. The first recommendation was Tree Scouts Tree Service - in which it stated that the owners graduated from Cedar Park High School. That was the school my kids graduated from. So I thought “I need to give them a chance!” They were great! Both Zak and Erek were very nice and professional. Erek was very knowledgeable. The workers were also quick and thorough. Plus, they did a great job of cleaning up - leaving our yard spotless. Thank you! Recommend!

Tree Scouts are a great company. They were flexible enough to accommodate their services to my work schedule. They did a great job pruning my 3 trees and cutting an unnecessary tree that was growing by my shed. They did a fast, clean and safe job. They have great attention to detail. Tree Scout helped clean some of the areas of the tree growing into my neighbors house. Tree Scouts will be the company I will be contacting going forward, thank you.

Tree Scouts was amazing all around!! From the estimate to the trimming, 5 stars!

Erek was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We moved into a new home and wanted to preserve the beautiful trees we have. During our free estimate visit Erek gave us helpful guidance on when to remove the stakes for newer trees as well as mulching and other tips. All before we even committed to using them for trimming!

The estimate was very fair and reasonable. We scheduled for the following week and couldn’t be happier with the results. We were grateful we made it a priority before a freeze because there were a lot of dead limbs to remove. Highly recommend Tree Scouts!! Already referred our neighbor to them!!

We are very happy with Tree Scouts Tree Service in Georgetown..The price was very fair, especially for the quality of work we received. The crew was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They did an amazing job and left our yard cleaner than when they arrived.
It's so nice to have a dependable company in our local community.
We truly appreciated the entire experience and would highly recommend them!

My wife has been after me for a few years to do this and honestly, I thought the backyard was fine. Was I ever wrong…Erek was knowledgeable, caring, and punctual. He took a lot of time to explain and answer all of my questions and his crew is top-notch. I can’t say enough about how amazing my backyard looks. Even my neighbors were complementary. Oddly enough, the most impressive job was the cleanup. These guys pay a lot of attention to detail and I was very impressed with their work and their work ethic. Would highly recommend them for your project.

I had trees growing dangerously close to my roof, and TreeScouts did an amazing job pulling them back and protecting my home. They were professional, efficient, and left the property spotless when they were done. Easily the best tree service I’ve used in Georgetown, Texas. Highly recommend TreeScouts.

I had Erek, the owner of the company come out and give a quote to trim two trees. I accepted the very reasonable quote and Josh and his crew were out the next day. They definitely knew how to trim the Live Oak and my Red Oak and they both looked great and they cleaned up the yard where any leaves and twigs were laying. When it comes to trimming these trees again I will use them. I highly recommend this company for your tree trimming needs!

Hope and Natalie spent the day with us performing a Deep Clean and they were absolutely lovely! They worked so well together and did a spectacular job!! So much so that we signed up for bi-monthly service and asked for them to be our team. Natalie has since returned with another spectacular result. Looking forward to many more!!

We are so happy with the service, care and detail that Cinderella’s cleaning provided! We worked with Michael to first evaluate our home and needs, where he learned about us and our home. He was super kind and detailed with our requests.

We then had Alyssa do our cleaning and she was so thoughtful. Since we have skin sensitivities to chemicals, she used our approved and provided cleaning materials and was very mindful of our household needs. She went above and beyond and made our house look spotless!

We would love to continue to working with this amazing team going forward! Thank you Alyssa, Michael and Cinderella team!

We were very pleased with the work Natalie and Bailea did on our deep clean. Their attention to detail was excellent and the couch "stripes" were all kinds of fun! Thank you for this service . . . It freed up time for us to get other projects completed!

Kate was a joy to work with. Cheerful, tenacious and, to hear her say it, “I love cleaning!” She gets 5 stars. No question about it!

We hired Cinderella's Cleaning after reading their amazing reviews and talking to the owner, Michael. He was very thorough and detailed with the initial consult, explaining all the services and cleaning products.

Alyssa has been cleaning our house bi weekly for a few months now and she's the best! Her attention to detail is impeccable. With a large shedding dog and two kids, our house gets a bit dirty but she makes it sparkle every time. We also have floor to ceiling glass in our primary shower with lots of hard water spots and she leaves the glass looking like it had just been installed. My previous house cleaner was not able to make it look even half as good. Thank you, Alyssa!!

I also love the smell of their products. It’s such a treat to come home to a space that smells as clean as it looks. I definitely recommend Cinderella's Cleaning and Alyssa to anyone looking for a top-notch cleaning service!
