What an AMAZING Crew! We purchased a previously lived in home and wanted it cleaned from the day to living that was present in it. We made an appt with Cinderella, but it was scheduled for a week later. I told the Co., that if they had any cancelations before my appt, I would take it. Later the same day, I got a call that an opening was available in 2 days. I jumped on it, but that meant I wouldn't be home to open the house or there whenever they finished. We made arrangements for the key, I got a text when the crew arrived.

By the time I got off, I headed straight home to see how the cleaning had gone. MY HOUSE WAS AMAZING! The crew cleaned so well, my house felt as if it was BRAND new and we were the 1st family to live in it. I truly didn't expect the cleaning to be as great as it was. I guess I was being a Negative Nancy and was thinking I would find things that they missed, that I would have to do after they left. NOPE, NOT 1 thing!

I also, loved they left a checklist of what had been cleaned. So happy with the cleaning, I've scheduled a monthly appt for cleaning. Thanks to the crew that made my House a Home.

Suzy and Josh cleaned our home to absolute perfection — and that’s saying a lot coming from someone with very high standards. We've tried several cleaning services in the past, but none have come close to the level of detail, professionalism, and care that they provided. Our home, which includes three kids and two dogs, was left spotless — not a corner overlooked. I was working from home the entire time and was amazed at how quiet, respectful, and efficient they were throughout the process. It was truly the best clean we’ve ever had, done by true professionals who clearly take pride in their work.

The two ladies who came were very thorough and professional. They took the time needed to complete the cleaning our home. They cleaned all interior windows, new French doors had plastic still on each window cleaned and WOW they looked amazing. The
Bath tub and showers were spotless and shining! I loved the Cinderella slipper left on our counter plus a check off list as to what was done. What a special added detail. We look forward to our next house cleaning day.

My friend and I both live together, we’re both full-time college students with jobs, so we don’t have much time to deep clean. We found Cinderella Cleaning Services through my aunt, who swore they did great work. The reviews online also looked solid, so we booked a date.

We left a key since neither of us could be home during the day. They finished around 4 p.m., and when I got back I was shocked — it looked like nobody even attempted to clean. The counters, fridge, and stove were still filthy. The floors weren’t swept or mopped.

When I checked the bathroom, all they did was rearrange our stuff to make it look ‘neater,’ but the toilet, tub, and sink hadn’t been touched. We reached out to one of the cleaners afterward and got zero response.

Honestly, it felt like we paid for absolutely nothing.

I'm a recent client of Cinderella's I'mcleaning maid service and I've been very pleased. Good office staff they listen and try to figure out a way to accommodate whatever you need. Lucy my cleaner from Cinderella's arrived at my house and apologized for being late but she had been cleaning in another town. She had a great attitude and a big smile and proceeded to do a very good job on cleaning my house.

Wow. Wow. Wow. We are pretty clean people, but life is busy and I wanted to hire a service to come for a deep clean: windows, blinds, baseboards, the works. And wow was I pleased when I got home today! My house hasn’t sparkled like this since I moved in.
Even the water spots on the shower glass disappeared. They say their service is magic and they may be right. (I’ve been fighting hard water stains for years.)

The ladies were professional and definitely earned their wages today. I’m thrilled and thinking I’ll do this annually. It’s the perfect investment for my busy life. I couldn’t be happier!

I discovered Cinderella’s Cleaning Maid Services at the Georgetown farmers market and the young lady at the booth was very sweet. My husband and I decided to get a deep cleaning before our second born came so we didn’t have to worry about a messy home. Baby boy came a week early and I forgot to call them to let them know that a friend would be there after she dropped off our first kiddo to daycare.Isabelle was an absolutely sweetheart and let her team, Cindy and Hope, know that my friend was running behind to let them in our home.We came home from the hospital that day and Cindy and Hope were still cleaning. They were SO incredibly nice and finished up the house quickly. I have honestly never seen my home this clean. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled to have a clean home that will last a while since we now have a newborn, toddler, and two large dogs. Cinderella’s Cleaning Maid Service is hands down THE BEST cleaning service I’ve used. At one point I gave up on getting help because every company we tried was a disappointment. When we tried to again, I contacted Cinderella’s Cleaning Maid Services and it was a completely different and refreshing experience. I wish I could adequately explain just how happy I am with this company! Their staff are very respectful of my home and so gentle and sweet to my kids.

Now about the cleaning, my home feels like a new home every time they leave. We started with having the team do a deep clean and now we’re on a monthly maintenance clean. Every clean is worth it! We’ve been with them now for 5 months and I wish I knew about them earlier. They have such great attention to detail and they simply know the cleaning business. One thing I also appreciate is how they check in on you after each cleaning to get feedback and to ensure you’re happy with the team that came. I began using Cinderella’s about a year ago. I love that they are local and family-owned. Liel and Michael are so nice and really care about customer service. My maids have also been wonderful - every one of them greets me with a smile and always asks about my satisfaction with the job they did or if anything needs extra attention. I especially love that they are willing to use my preferred cleaners (which i provide.) My only wish is that every maid have the same training as far as how to make a bed or set sofa pillows. Sometimes those little details make all the difference. Still, they are great cleaners and I’m very pleased with the work they do. Highly recommend!

Natalie, Liel and Roberta were EXCELLENT! They were attentive, on time, and exceptionally thorough. My home looked like it was just build.

They took their time and addressed every nook and cranny. I haven't seen a cleaning service this excellent. We were able to schedule a deep clean and they were able to accommodate our schedule very well.

We'll be booking a service again, that's for certain.

This was my first cleaning with them and I am incredibly impressed! I originally found them when they posted in our neighborhood Facebook group that they were looking for submissions for their monthly free charity cleaning to anyone going through a hard time. I really want to support business who do such kind things for the locals and support people’s mental health issues!!
