JP came by to investigate a plumbing issue at my home. He was very professional and courteous. Also, he was willing to explain every step and answer every question. He never once showed frustration or got tired of explaining things. Awesome experience. He's a great credit to your organization.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with **Paul Davis Restoration**. From start to finish, they turned what could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation into a smooth, well-managed, and even reassuring process. I had to deal with **asbestos removal and flooring restoration**, and this company handled every part of the job with integrity, professionalism, and care. If you’re searching for a restoration company that knows how to do things right—look no further.

It all began when asbestos was discovered under my flooring. As someone who had never dealt with a situation like this before, I was understandably anxious. But the **Paul Davis team immediately stepped in with a calm, organized approach that put me at ease.** They took the time to explain everything clearly—from safety precautions and timelines to insurance procedures and next steps.

**Dani Zee** deserves special recognition—she was absolutely phenomenal. Dani was my main point of contact for anything related to the **insurance claim**, and she made the entire process unbelievably smooth. Her communication was crystal-clear, she was incredibly organized, and she took charge in coordinating with my insurance company. What could have easily been a confusing and frustrating experience turned into a seamless one, all thanks to Dani’s expertise, professionalism, and kindness. She truly went above and beyond to advocate for me and ensure nothing slipped through the cracks.

The **asbestos abatement team** followed strict safety protocols, working carefully to remove all hazardous material. Their attention to detail and cleanliness impressed me—they left my home cleaner than they found it! Once the area was deemed safe and cleared, the reconstruction process began.

At that point, I had the pleasure of working with **Armando**, the **Reconstruction Manager**, who was nothing short of amazing. From the very first walk-through, he was **honest, transparent, and deeply knowledgeable** about the work needed. He didn’t just try to “sell” the job—he took the time to explain what was necessary and what wasn’t, making suggestions that prioritized quality and cost-efficiency. I always felt I could trust him completely, and that kind of honesty is priceless in a situation like this.

When it came time to protect my belongings and prepare the space, **Jennifer and her team** stepped in to handle all the **furniture moving**, and I was so impressed by how thoughtful and organized they were. They treated everything with respect and care—labeling, wrapping, and storing items meticulously to make sure nothing was damaged or misplaced. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me total peace of mind during what could have been a very disruptive time.

Once reconstruction was underway, the Paul Davis team showed the same level of commitment and excellence. They restored my flooring to perfection, matching materials beautifully and ensuring the space looked just as good—if not better—than before. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and the end result exceeded my expectations.

In summary, **Paul Davis Restoration is a gold standard in this industry.** Every person I worked with—**Dani Zee, Armando, Jennifer**, and their entire crews—was courteous, knowledgeable, and truly cared about doing the job right. Communication was flawless, the work was timely and clean, and the insurance claim process was handled with expertise.

I never expected to feel this grateful after dealing with something as serious as asbestos and home restoration—but thanks to this team, I do. If you need restoration work done and want to be taken care of from beginning to end, I wholeheartedly recommend Paul Davis Restoration.

I saw A Refrigerator that was $879. I was told there was no delivery because it was Clearance, there was no delivery available. but delivery was free if i bought a $400 item. Does this mean that HD does not trust their repaired items to the extent that they will not even drop them off? So it would not be smart for Me to trust them.

Wife and I waited in the door section for over 20 minutes. Found a worker and asked who was supposed to be working that section. He made an announcement over the intercom saying customers needed help in our section, but nobody came still. All we had was a simple question about installation costs. Pretty frustrating customer service.

Mr Gates is a prejudicial and judgmental element of this here fine company, he accused me of being erratic when I govern myself in such a calm demeanor.

Home depot had been a great place for me all the times. And I am pretty much satisfied with the services of Home depot, no complain. But very unfortunate things happened yesterday on Sept 03, 2025 around 11am, when I asked for exchanging of my garbage disposal. The young girl named, "Desiree" was serving me. As manager found out from my home depot card that it crossed the warranty period one year, I have nothing to say about it. But her (Desiree) behavior and attitude were absolutely not tolerable, her attitude and way of talking needs more counseling for her. I felt highly insulted, her way of talking gave me an impression of 'an act of racism'.

I told her that I will review about it, very disrespectfully she said, "you can't do shit to me, my manager is here." Then I bought the new garbage disposal and manager gave me $25 discount, thanks for that. And finally I asked Desiree, would please help me the old garbage disposal to put in the trash? She very rudely replied, "there is there is trash can outside, you go and put it there, it's hazards"!

If that is attitude of a person in customer care, I wonder what kind of care she will provide to the customers??

Really Home Depot!?! .... I just had an estimate on installation of 8 ft tall vinyl fencing (183 feet), $12,120 was the estimate and that's with a discount! It's my fathers house that needs the fence and he lives in a single family home in GRAND PRAIRIE, it's not like he lives in Colleyville or on a ranch, it's just a small home. Also why do these estimators seem to get annoyed when you ask if they're any discounts available like Military or senior discounts...... Anyways I just couldn't believe how expensive it came out to be.

Started remodeling my house back in November and pre purchased allot of items. I’ve been working on after work and on weekends. I purchase some copper pipe and some fittings around $60 and finally got to the part of this project to use them. Got the wrong size so I decided to go back to Home Depot to swap out the pipe and fittings and had the receipt. Customer service pretty much told me I’m stuck with these items because it’s passed 90 days old. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this?
