We have been using ServPro for several years now. We make a phone call and they are prompt, professional and get the job done! Kathy Anderson is great to stop by and check on us to see if we need anything. We joke about not wanting to ever call ServPro, but it is nice to know they are there when the unforeseen happens, and it does happen!

ServPro of Grand Prairie is such a great restoration company to work with. Recently, we had a pretty bad disaster due to a small fire and ServPro dispatch time was super fast and their techs worked diligently to complete the repairs. Moreover, the personalized assistance from their rep, Stephen Griffin, was absolutely amazing. He was able to give me prompt updates and ensured that all of my concerns were addressed. I look forward to a continued relationship with ServPro of Grand Prairie.

A water leak went undetected for several hours and soaked nearly all of the carpet throughout the house. It was awful! We called SERVPRO and were glad we did. Travis and the other employees came out that day, provided us with an itemized list of services and equipment and started the clean-up and restoration process, even working until late at night. They are excellent to work with and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. Travis worked with our insurance company to ensure they approved all the work. We hope this never happens again, but if it does there is only one company we will call and that’s SERVPRO of Grand Prairie.

Recently, I called Kathy Anderson at the ServPro Grand Prairie location to I inquire if her company could get dog urine stain and odor out of a nice, long-shag rug, about 5’ X 7’. She told me whom to call and where to take it. A service consultant called to give me my options, which ranged in everything from having it done even though they couldn’t guarantee the odor would be completely removed, up to and including me just giving up on it and tossing it altogether! He gave me an estimate for cleaning and deodorizing it, which I was willing to invest, considering what i had paid for the rug. Kathy checked back with me to follow up with my decision and to
Make sure I understand they couldn’t guarantee the odor wouldn’t return. I told them to take their time with it; they’ve told me it’s ready and I will pick it up this week. In fact, during Kathy’s last call, she said if I wasn’t pleased with it, I didn’t have to pay them. Of course I will pay, no matter what because I made an informed decision to take a chance, even though no guarantee was made. My overall experience with Kathy and every other representative I dealt with was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them based on this experience and another two times I needed them—once for fire damage and another for travel trailer carpet cleaning and deodorizing.

The staff is super friendly. Very informative & kept me updated throughout the restoration process. They worked with my insurance company, so I didn’t have to. Everything was easy & quickly taken care of. I will definitely use Servpro in the future & recommend to anyone.

GREAT GREAT EXPERIENCE! Good customer service from the team! They came in and got the job done with no problems and in a reasonable amount out time. I was very pleased! Any information that you need, questions or concerns they were able to provide you with that information. I will definitely be contacting them again for any repairs that needs fixing. We came across Servpro when we had to file a homeowners claim for some water damage (to floors that we had just put in two months prior) and they were referred by our insurance company, so we thought it would be the best way to go. Please keep in mind that I am currently 8 months pregnant and it was my nursery that got the brunt of the water damage. Servpro came out the night of the incident (Thursday) to begin water mitigation and our rebuild rep Travis was there the very next day with them while they continued the dry out.

Everything went very smoothly! Travis was able to write our estimate on the second day and by the following Tuesday the project was underway. We were very nervous about the floors matching the dining room, again since they had just been put in two months prior, but Travis was able to get us our same flooring.

I actually feel that Servpro did an even better job than when we originally put them in. So while dealing with water damage was a pain and unexpected, we ended up with better work in the end. They were very sympathetic to our situation and my nerves of wanting my life and house back in order before my baby was due. I would without a doubt recommend Servpro to anyone looking for excellent work, great customer service and timely completion.

We had a plumbing issue that came from our upstairs bathroom and flooded our lower level. They were here the same day and everyday after until every inch was dry. They are professional, friendly, informative and reliable. I highly recommend them!

Janice and Jose were absolutely wonderful. When my house flooded they came in and said, “we’ll take care of this” and they did. They worked late into the night setting up dryers and dehumidifiers and they came back every day until it was dry. ServePro also did the restoration and it is fabulous. They always asked if it was okay and could they do anything else for us. A great company to work with.

ServPro Grand Prairie and Kathy Anderson, serviced several offices when we had a hot water heater burst in the ceiling. They were always on time and called daily to insure we were being serviced to our satisfaction. Thank you for a job well done. We would definitely use them again.

The first team who came to our home was Austin and Robert. Austin was informative, helpful, friendly and engaging. He was also sympathetic to our plight, and quite professional. Robert was quiet, but he was every bit as warm, friendly and polite. Good good people! I would definitely call them again if needed ... as long as they would send Austin and Robert!

My wife and I received great service from the SERVPRO team that came out during our flooding issue. Oscar Ortiz was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly professional. Oscar was able to let us know what to expect throughout the entire process—from beginning to end—which gave us a good sense of peace during a very stressful time. Servpro was amazing. The staff was very reactive to my home needs after a small fire. The employees sent were very respectful to my property and courteous to me. They went above and beyond in their service and I am most appreciative for their help. If you ever have a need for this type of service, this is the company you want to help you get things back to normal.

This company does unacceptable work . They outsource jobs to incompetent , side hustlers who are seemingly unqualified to do the assigned task and they cut corners to give a mediocre result .I could not recommend this company to work on my tool shed as they have shown me they are money grabbers, dishonest and cannot be trusted .From my experience Servpro has left my place unfinished , poorly done in some parts with less than industry standard performance ; workmen are untidy and leave garbage all over , walk on manicured edges , damage furniture , improper diagnosis of condition of the property and not including obvious damage in estimate and refuse to address the issues at play .Their main concern seem to be collecting a check ;lousy and sloppy are words I would use to describe the work Servpro has done at my place .

Damian Gonzalez (Crew Chief) and his partner Xavier were quick, efficient and very professional. They answered all my questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with their work. We would definitely use them again.
