I can’t say enough good things about Gunns Restoration. After lightning struck and caused fire in our home, their team stepped in and made the process so much easier. Alonzo, our project manager, was amazing — professional, kind, and always kept us in the loop. They took great care in restoring our electronics, appliances, and clothing. Truly grateful for their help during such a stressful time!

Alonzo was very friendly and accommodating when picking up my rug to be cleaned after a water leak. On the other end, Peter was also very nice and friendly when delivering my rug back to me. Peter went above and beyond by cheerfully offering to clean a hanging lamp (including the bulbs!) under which the rug was about to be placed. And the rug looks great!

This company was easy to do business with. They took great care of our belongings. Kudos to Jennifer for all she did. Peter was very helpful on the return of our items.

Peter, Ronnie and Brandon helped drop off some heavy materials from our House flood and they were quick, efficient and even helped me carry a dresser upstairs that was unrelated to them. All three nice guys and never complained when I asked for specific locations on the items. Appreciate these guys and their work!!

We used Gunns to clean our linens after a house fire. They were very kind and helpful right after the fire. There was a misunderstanding on exactly how much they were taking/cleaning. They accommodated us to come out there on a Saturday to go back through everything to sort through exactly what they were going to clean and what was being gotten rid of. After that it became more difficult. After things were cleaned they brought back everything that was and was not cleaned. We were not asked if we wanted them to get rid of what was not cleaned. It was good that they didn't throw anything out because they did not clean quite a bit that I had set aside to be saved - including my AU son's stuff animals that were his big obsession. Getting them to come back to get what was to be cleaned and throw away the rest and find an item that they lost- difficult. Then it took MULTIPLE phone calls and emails to get them to send us an itemized list of what was not cleaned. They never returned my messages but did finally email the list to my husband. The items we got back were cleaned well and we are thankful for that but getting to that point was an ordeal.

I was amazed at how quickly Peter & Ron̈nie stuff back into the house. They were pleasant, courteous and presented themselves very well. My refrigerator had gotten messed up during the repairs and they cleaned the refrigerator to look just like new. As a bonus they even cleaned my oven.

My initial experience with SealPro was good. A hard working crew cleaned our pavers and replaced the jointing sand with polymeric sand to the tune of $3,694.00 (small job, I imagine).

Within months of project completion, well within the one year warranty period, I brought a warranty issue to the attention of the sales person who visited the site and said he would send out a crew to remedy the situation. Nobody ever showed up.

I cannot recommend a company that does not back up its warranty.

Justin was very professional and courteous when fixing my ceiling fan. He did a great job and quickly replaced my ceiling fan.

One of the most unprofessional services I have ever seen. The lady on the phone is extremely rude. She hung up on me and shouted on me when I called the services for a follow up. Would not recommend at all. If there was any negative stars would have given the same.
