Advertise 24/7 responses and free estimates. Called Sunday afternoon and got an extremely unprofessional response from woman who said she couldn’t help me today and she would call Monday. Called Monday morning and said the estimate was $136. I’m not paying that for someone to just come look and leave. Do not recommend at all because of false advertising, unprofessional workers and awful customer service

USE ANYONE ELSE BUT SERVPRO.
A friend of ours had a fire at their house and Servpro arrived after the fire fighters did. The minute the firefighters left, the Servpro guy was at the doorstep offering his services. Although I get that you want to be the first on the scene to lock down a big fire restoration job that tactic is very unethical. From what I have learned, Servpro has police radio scanners and that us why they make it out to fires promptly. Pretending to be sympathetic to land a job is inhumane and unethical. They don't even allow people to process the tragedy of their home catching on fire before they are already fishing for a dollar. That is the reason they went with someone else.

This company does not give online estimates when their websites says "Online Estimates" The lady on the phone was rude and said "We don't quote in the middle of a storm." I know how much water by volume and gallons needs to be extracted and the square feet but she wouldn't even listen to me. Go with someone that can at least give you a range.

ServPro came and helped me clean up a flood at my house from a pipe burst. All of the staff that came out was super nice, polite, and informative. I used Servpro for water damage mitigation and reconstruction, I had to chase these guys to complete the job, their workers were slow and they used to come for a few hours and then leave for another job. After I got on their manager they started showing some carelessness and completed the job (I had to keep reminding them to do the little stuff). During the time they were working I was very nice I even fed their employees almost everyday. My mortgage company is unfortunately slow I was working with both companies to get things in order and get ServPro paid, however that did not happen because mortgage companies ask for too many documentation and they had to send inspection and they took a while to release the fund. During the time dealing with the mortgage company I was updating ServPro with every step and every update I get just so we are all on the same page. I told them the fund is released and it’s coming they did not believe me and they threatened to put my property on lien. First, yes I agree with y’all the payment took a while but I’m not the one to be punished for this I am until this moment still doing my part. Second if I did not build trust by treating your staff nicely and feeding them everyday and giving you updates on regular basis then I don’t know what else can be done. I don’t tolerate this unprofessional behavior from a company known for their professionalism

Calling around trying to get help with a mold issue in one of my rental properties and everyone is giving me the run around not trying help me- then i called servpro and spoke with a young lady Samantha she was the willing to answer my questions and let me know the steps to take she went as far as giving me a phone number to help start my process it is clear this company is really about helping customer's and i will be calling them to do my job when it is ready. I recommend this company to anyone
