A few weeks ago, our 40-gallon water heater in a central closet decided to leak through some walls and across a few of our floors.

Shelby from Paul Davis of Central DFW did a great job with coordinating all of the restoration work and handling problems the flooring contractors ran into. Jennifer and Valerie stopped by several times to pack our belongings, set up containment, and clean the sawdust left from the old wood floors. They and the rest of the team did an excellent job.

We hope we never need restoration work again, but if we do, we know who we're calling.

John and Armando kept us in the loop at every stage and helped us get our mold remediation wrapped up as quickly as my insurance would allow.

Having a great experience with everyone we have met with Paul Davis! Communication is great! Everyone is timely and very informative! Everyone has been great with answering our many questions as this is the first time we have ever dealt with plumbing issues that have then needed to go through the dry out process that Paul Davis has taken care of for us. They have worked around our schedule, been great with our kids and dogs, and most important very friendly! We can tell they enjoy what they do, of helping others! Still working with them on our recon process! Can’t wait for the end results!

Jennifer, Trinity, Armando, and everyone from the Paul Davis crew have been totally awesome! Several tree limbs came down on my roof during a bad storm back in May, and my home suffered significant water damage as a result. They not only have done fantastic work throughout the mitigation and restoration process, they have gone above and beyond in their efforts to make the whole experience as stress free as possible, patiently answering my (many) questions and always treating my daughter, me, and our cats with the utmost courtesy and kindness. I could not recommend them more.

Our house flooded New Year's Day and the crew that helped to handle the packout were absolutely STERLING. I really wish I could remember everyone's names, but I do remember Jennifer!!! She is incredibly diligent and communicative from start to finish. The other team members did not hesitate to lend a helping hand (in catching my dogs that got out or in helping me move my fish tank). This location should be SO PROUD of their crews!! They truly go above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

Jennifer, Carlos, and Edwin did such an incredible job from packing up all my belongings carefully, to remodeling my home after extensive water damage, and helping me get everything settled back in when work was complete.

Dani, Armando and team were phenomenal. They were professional and walked me through any questions i had. Especially questions for understanding the insurance side, very novice with any knowledge there. They helped the project go smooth and worked with my tenant and I to ensure we both had great communication and understood next steps and when the team would be on-site. They replaced the backsplash, cabinets and repainted as necessary making it all look like new

My pipes burst two days before Christmas Eve, bringing down the ceiling in my garage and flooding my living room and kitchen. Paul Davis restoration was at my house doing flood mitigation almost immediately. They did such awesome work, I contracted with them for the remodel. After weeks of frustrating back-and-forth with my insurance company, Adriana got involved and things started happening quickly. She helped me pick out new flooring, worked with my insurance company to get all the repairs approved, came to my house to introduce her awesome team, and called, texted, and stopped by to check progress throughout the job. Once the work started, they were finished in just 10 days. They took awesome care of me and my home, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Paul Restoration was awesome. I had a water leak in my upstairs bedroom. Totally unaware of how bad the leak was, it took out 5 rooms !!!! The team at Paul Restoration was on-time, professional, and they knew exactly what they were doing. Many … Many thanks to Reily and Noah/Mitigation who removed all the wet damage wall, carpet and plus other stuff and brought in the dehumidifier and fans in to dry up all the wet areas .. Armando then brought his team to paint and replaced the walls. They seem to never stop working. Armando always stay in touch and was always available when I called. Leo and Jose never stopped working. They knew exactly what they were doing !!!! Then Jennifer and her team (Aaron, JP, Carlos) came in and packed up the 5 damaged room, and took video/photos so when they unpacked, they knew where everything went. And sure enough my house was back to normal. I was totally stressed when this all began, but I soon realized I was in great hands. Reily, Noah, Armando, Jennifer were always just a phone call away … they actually answered their phones … and when they said they would call back …. they did.
Again, can’t say enough how pleased I am with Paul Davis Restoration. I highly recommend them and hope you get the same team I got to fix whatever damage you have.
