If you need a Christmas tree this is the place!! Brett in Garden is definition of good service. He chopped , trimme, bagged and loaded tree onto top of suv and tied it down. Excellent service 👌👍👍👍

I have never had a bad experience here! They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Anthony, Madeleine, Jose, Daniel, Francisco always do a stellar job in assisting us. My 3 children & I love coming here for all of our home & garden needs, everyone is so helpful & knowledgable!

My husband and I just planted a few trees and flowers and are worried about cold weather coming. We were clueless on how to prepare for this, but thanks to Ruben's help I think our plants will survive. Rubén was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was willing to answer all of our questions and without seeming irritated. I will definitely be going back and will recommend everyone visit this Home Depot.

A bag of marble rocks is $6.77, and 10 of them cost $67.70. Please train your associates on how to count properly! Additionally, train them to work more efficiently—instead of clicking ten times, there is an option to click and then multiply by ten. If a customer tells you it's 10 bags at $67.70, not $74.47 before tax, instead of arguing back, double-check the count again. If the customer still insists on 10 bags at the cashier, and after they've paid, it turns out to be 11 bags, rather than apologizing, he told me to go back to customer service to request a refund. Is this how poorly Home Depot has become?

No greeting, no appreciation, no apology, no offer of help. I had to get another bag to avoid unnecessary walking and dragging the cart all the way to customer service. When I came back with the extra bag, my cart was pushed out into the middle of the walkway while he checked other customers with their stuff and their hands on my cart! When I was getting another bag to fix your stupid mistake, you should at least watch over my cart! There is another Home Depot 5 miles away at I20 or Lowe's near Park Mall. Lots of people will recognize how terrible Home Depot's training is, and they will also not shop at this location anymore.

I have your name on the receipt but I won't disclose it. Hope this review find home depot leadership and better training should be done for you. Good luck!

They are about the rudest and most inconsiderate people I've ever dealt with.
The lawn help was very rude and the home office refused to take action on my complaint.
I do not recommend using this company, for they will certainly give you business a bad reputation.

Mr deShawn Williams true green, rang my doorbell to let me know he was going to be on the property. He took the time to explain what he was putting down, and what I needed to do to ensure the success of a healthy lawn. He also was honest in letting me know he ran out of gas and returned later to complete the work competently and professionally.

Correy came to our home today and we walked our property. He completed a thorough inspection of our yard and applied what was needed with fertilizer and a weed spray to kill problem weeds. I appreciated him taking the time to explain exactly what he was applying and what we should expect in the coming weeks!

Worked with Melvin P today and he talked me through all applications he would be completing. He also advised what I could do to get grass growing better in some areas compared to the rest of my yard. Melvin was very detailed and I appreciated his time before he started as well as making sure my dogs did not go in the yard until a half hour after he was finished.

Fabian explained the process and what to expect, he seemed to do a very thorough job. This was our first application so time will tell.

Just want to give a shoutout to your employee, Garrett P, who just finished our lawn. Garrett was the best technician that has ever performed the services for our lawn. I feel like that we actually got our moneys worth with him doing the treatments. All of your technicians should take lessons from him. Would like to have Garrett perform all of the treatments from now on. Wish I could give him more than 5 stars as he is that good!

Edward did a great job of aerating our lawn. We have been with TruGreen for years and have one of the best lawns in our neighborhood. Thanks for the outstanding work and concern for our lawn.
