Do not use trugreen Their product burns and kills your grass. It has nitrogen in it But it’s too much nitrogen that’s why your grass never grow. It’s meant like that so you keep using them to think that they’re gonna eventually help your grass grow some of the drivers be smoking in the truck. You can smell it when you open the door.

10-3-24, OSBALDO S did a great job today. Came to the door, called me by name and gave me his name. He answered all my questions about my new grass that was just planted this spring. He marked all the little sprinkler heads so not to hit them. Did an awesome job and left a receipt on the door. Was very courteous, professional and helpful. Need more like him! Thank you!!

Pretty new to the service so I can’t vouch for the effectiveness yet, but I can say that our tech Roy was very friendly & professional.

The young man was polite and helpful. He got right to work on the lawn. In talking with him he seemed to have knowledge about lawn care which I appreciated.

The gentlemen that came out the first two times to spray our yard were very friendly and professional. They made sure that we knew they were here and did a great job of explaining just exactly what they were doing. We've been very happy with the service so far.

Ebony arrived with a smile on her face and was very polite and professional. She did a thorough job unlike the previous company that I was using.

I want to commend Corry Brady for his excellent service this morning. He was the most authoritative, competent, and complete service provider I have met so far. He gave me a great overview of my lawn's condition and what I will need to get it into great shape this year. He was very professional and understood my concerns. I look forward to working with him again.

UPDATE: Someone contacted me shortly after my initial review. Over the next couple of days TruGreen worked to resolve my concerns and verified the service I was promised. They have since retreated my lawn at no additional cost and I will still receive the remaining service visits. I had a chance to speak with the technician to apologize for assuming he didn't do his job. He was very kind. I also hope that the salesperson is provided an opportunity for training so this does not happen to anyone else. I greatly appreciate the quick response from TruGreen and their willingness to resolve my issue. I will provide another review once I see my grass is happy.

It feels like we've been scammed by a reputable company. We don't have $800 to give away. Had our 1st treatment and assessment today for about 4 minutes. 7960 square feet treated in 4 minutes. We have cameras around our whole house. I dare you to find the tech on any of them. We were home! Who tries to cheat someone while they are looking at them. We have cameras and big windows and neighbors with cameras. Geez!! I am beyond disappointed and regretting ever dialing this number. I called customer service and I really hope this company fixes it. I am truly in disbelief and upset.

I like the service however we never get the same person doing the work. You never get to build a rapport with the tech.

Jordan was great. I appreciate Trugreen sending him to correct a previous concern at no charge.

My service included ringing the doorbell and discussing what he would be doing . He reminded me to water within 48 hours if it doesn't rain.

Truegreen's representative knocked on the door to explain the services. He was polite and professional. The job he did was good.

I was unaware I would be charred twice in same week. TruGreen should inform you of this more upfront. Anorher way to get more money out of you.

Although I wasn’t home at the time of the service, Philliph and I were able to converse remotely. He was very courteous, and he completed the entire yard —namely the small strip of grass behind the fence (which is hit or miss, depending on who’s doing the service). Thank you Philliph M!

Robert explained what he would do and the results I should expect. He instructed me to water tomorrow and told me I should expect improvement in about two weeks. I should call if no progress was made after 2-3 weeks, etc. Robert gave me lots of confidence that the lawn will improve.

Great service! Roderick is our tech and was professional and efficient. He is considerate of the fact we have dogs and always closes the gate securely and let’s us know when it is safe for them to come out. We have not had any pests since the service started! Hopefully heading into summer we will see great improvement from last year.! Highly recommend!!!

Great service, efficient and professional. He answered all my questions and recommended a mole treatment for the front of the property. Oh great service with a smile along with what to do the 24 hours. I did not allow him to put a sign in the yard. That comes with a 10% discount pretreatment. Lots of new homes and potential clients. He tried in a professional manner.

TruGreen has been great for my yard, bushes and trees. Hard workers who are true pros at keeping your place green.

Tech was courteous, professional and efficient. She parked directly at the front of the house and rang the doorbell to announce her presence. Very often they park at the edge almost out of sight and I don’t know that they are on the property until they set off a camera or leave the receipt on the door. Some finish so quickly that I hardly know that they were here.
However, this tech was thorough and deliberate in her work and I was very aware of her presence on my property.

L.J. did an excellent job of servicing my lawn and answering my questions today. TruGreen is an excellent company. They communicate regularly to keep the customer informed and they deliver what they promise. My lawn looks so much better since I hired TruGreen.
