We had a new dog and our carpet in the bedrooms and hallway was pretty soiled. The staff did an excellent job of removing the spots. We will not be waiting long to have them here again.

So bad. My carpet was "cleaned" with water. They added an appointment fee of $15.00 plus a labor fee of $15.00 on top of fee they quoted. Carpet looks the same. No improvement. Would never use them again.

They just cleaned the carpets, because we got outdoor cats. They did a great job, and we're very happy with them. We decided to use them because I read their reviews on Google. They were wonderful, and I would definitely use them again.

I wasn't sure if I would find a company that could do such a great job right before the holidays, but I did.
