Outstanding service and communication! From my initial phone call to my completed service I was taken care of in a professional and courteous manner. I thought my pool pump burned up and called in for service. I was talked through the process of how they would troubleshoot my problem and then repair or replace my pump. Pricing was completely disclosed up front leaving no surprises and that was great. Clayton, the tech showed up and was very professional, clean and fast. He knew exactly how to troubleshoot and attempt the cheapest fix FIRST, before replacement and I really appreciated that. We wound up replacing the pump and motor. He programmed it into my Hayward system and everything worked perfectly. He even cleaned every bit of debris away from the job so everything was clean when he left. What a GREAT experience. Working with a company like CK Pools that understands the VALUE of service was a very pleasant experience. I now have them on my speed dial for ALL my future pool repairs.

Anil and his whole approach was very professional and enjoyable. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of getting my pool cleaned up and ready for the summer! Continues to give advice long after the job is complete and he has moved on. I highly recommend CK pool service for any project you may have!!

The service provided today was very good and our pool is looking perfect.

Friday night of a very cold holiday weekend I get a photo of a possible pool leak at an HOA pool we manage. Anil sent an emergency crew despite the fact CK doesn’t normally service this pool. Thanks for the solid! Water test showed chlorine in the leaking water so it’s the pool, not irrigation. They shut off autofill and are working to find the problem. Thanks for jumping in when needed Jhohann!

CK Pools has been a life-saver! We needed some repair work done on our pool, and we were so impressed with their repairs that we signed up for the regular maintenance service as well. Anil has been awesome, and he's been there to answer every question or concern I've had! Would definitely recommend them

My main peeve is don't know if anyone has been by. No tag, no text, no nothing. The guys do do a good job however.

Seems to be thorough and a good job except he messed with one valve last week that drained my hot tub. Better not happen again.

This is my first experience with CK Pools and happy to be a customer. Yuraxi was my tech and did a wonderful job. There was a problem with my pump and CK was on top of getting it corrected. I was updated throughout the process. Great company

Ren is fantastic. She does an excellent job on our pool and she is very polite and kind.

Brandon does an awesome job on our pool. We have a wooded lot which makes his job a little more difficult but he always steps up to the challenge!

I absolutely love my pool cleaning service company. Chase is the young man who does my pool cleaning service. He does an excellent job cleaning my pool. He is a very nice and polite young man. He does a thorough job cleaning the pool and spa and also checking my pool chemical levels. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. They are awesome.

Anderson is really doing a great job in cleaning our pool. He always give us a heads up that he is on the way so we can get our dogs inside. Also, he does take his time cleaning the pool and not rushed.

Jimmy is the best technician. We just started with CK Pools and have had the best experience. Prices excellent, scheduling easy and pool service phenomenal.

During this time of year the pool can get pretty messy. Andre made the pool perfect during his visit. Great to have him taking care of our pool.

Gabriel went above and beyond today when he gently scared away a possum that was on top of our fence right above our pool net and brush (which is what I would have used but it was perched right above them😳)
This critter was unfazed by any of my 3 dogs, two of which are huge. Thanks again Gabriel!

Andres consistently does an excellent job for us! He takes the extra time to ensure our pool is up to our standards. He answers all of our questions, and he has a great attitude. I highly recommend him and CK Pools!

CK pools recently took over my pool cleaning service, and thus far it’s been a positive experience. My weekly tech, Jose, does a great job of keeping the pool crystal clear and informing me of any issues. What really sets CK Pools apart from others is the weekly report which includes current chemical levels, what chemicals were added, and before/after photos. As someone who identifies as a data nerd, the level of detail provided by the report is fantastic. Highly recommend CK Pools in you’re in the market for a pool care service.
