Ren, the tech from CK Pools who takes care of our pool does a great job. She is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. And, she is dog-friendly too! I appreciate her work.

Jimmy did an excellent cleaning job. He cleared the pool of leaves and left it looking great. He was very friendly and professional. This was the first cleaning by CK and I'm very satisfied with their work!

CK Pools took over Blue Oasis Pool services a month or so ago. The email I received from Blue Oasis stated they were retiring, but it would be a seamless transition. Nothing would change.. Well, it has definitely changed because the technical service is horrible. They forget to empty out the skimmer baskets. They forget to empty out the cleaner basket. And then they dumped 4 pounds of shock in my 10,000 gallon pool and throw the pH totally off. So I asked them to come out and clean my filter because they apparently didn’t have the previous records of when it was last cleaned. And they sent me a bill for $162. This was included in my contract with Blue Oasis so it’s definitely not a seamless transition. On CK Pools website they say they charge $95 for a filter cleaning. The owner Anil was txting with me about the issues and then just never responded I had to call the office and spoke to Kelly who was wonderful. She took care of what I needed. I will be looking for a new pool service immediately.

Brandon came by yesterday afternoon (night!!) to do his excellent servicing of our pool and, as usual, he did a great job! We recently changed to CK Pools and I'm certainly glad we did. They are the BEST!

I'll save you the time. Find another pool company. Prior to this company taking over, I had a great relationship with my pool guy. He was personable and fair. He retired, this company took over, and ran the business into the ground. So much so I am taking time out of my day to write a review...on a pool company. Just call someone else.

This was just the straw that broke the camels back. I called neighbors and everyone is unhappy with them. They try to nickel and dime you. The communication is awful. They take over and all the sudden you need thousands of dollars in “repairs.” The owner tries to scam you. I just hired a new pool company he said he’s happy bc he’s picking up business from all their mess ups.

Our family has been using Oasis Bleu pool for the past few years.
Some cleaner were a hit or miss ( slacking in the car browsing their phone) and just staying 5 minutes to clean the pool. Now we have a very professional young man named Juvier and he is doing a great job and has good ethical practice.
We are excited to know CK pool is taking over and that hopefully our technician will remain with the Company.
Turnover staff is a killer in our opinion.
Overall we were satisfied with Bleu Oasis pool this last year.
The price has subsequently increased those last few Months so hopefully we won’t see any further increase and the quality of care will remain great as is.
We got a proposal at $145/ Month and 2 free filter cleaning a Year but we are still willing to work with Ck pool since we were satisfied to work with Oasis Bleu Pool.
Overall this Company was doing a good job and communication was easy.

I have been with this company (CK)for some time and their service is great specially Fabian’s work is amazing.I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great service.

Our last pool service company was bought out by CK pools. We have been extremely unhappy with the service after 1 month! We have video cameras in the back yard and noticed that the cleaner was only cleaning the skimmer filter, the pump filter and scrubs about 1/4 of the pool per visit. 1 out of 4 visits the pool was vacuumed. 0 out of 4 visits the spa was cleaned. Our spa now has 4+ weeks of dirt and debris I'm having to clean out myself. We contacted CK twice about this issue and were told they would address it the next time... Imagine ordering 3 pizzas and only one pizza shows up - and the company says don't worry we will include those other pizzas on your next order. No partial refund, no sending the cleaner back out to complete the work.... nothing!!! Why am I paying $50+ per week for 25% of the work they guaranteed? I'm cancelling my service today and will be finding a new company. I shouldn't have to babysit professionals. I work from home; I check his work minutes after he leaves and send these photos to the company immediately after. Still nothing!

I've consistently had issues. The pool was not brushed in the past and the water had gone green. Today I went out after the notification, to check everything before the freeze. The control panel was again left open and unlatched. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER and care about your job. I have cctv and blink cameras covering the entire outside of my house.

I appreciated how they checked the slope of the gutters to ensure proper drainage.

Grass Pal team did an amazing job for my backyard. The landscape is very challenging (slanted), yet owners ensured that the quality of installation met my expectations. I highly recommend GrassPal

I can't begin to tell you how happy we are with our yard! I meant to post this earlier but we've been enjoying the backyard all summer! It is absolutely gorgeous and feels amazing to lay on and just walking around puts a smile on our face. It makes our whole outside feel and look like a million bucks. I can't say enough about Ryan and how he made the process great. Any issues or questions I had were remedied almost on the spot and the job got done beyond our expectations. We can't say enough how happy we are.
