The AC technicians Tunde and Stephen were very friendly and trustworthy. They made me feel comfortable right away, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. It’s hard to find people you can really trust in this kind of work, and I would definitely recommend them.

They arrived less than an hour after I contacted them and gave a good review of the problems. I decided it would make sense to replace the unit and in less than half an hour, a consultant came to present the options. The prices seemed reasonable so I decided to proceed. They came the next day to install the new system and completed the work that day. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am very happy with the service

My home is 15 years old and every few years our AC would stop working. Tunde came out the same day that we requested service to diagnose the issue. He was very professional and I was very impressed with how he described the problems he found with our system. He started the repairs the next day and during his repairs he found the underlying issue that has been plaguing us the last fifteen years. He also showed me how the other techs would have missed it. I appreciate him trying to defend his peers but Tunde's skill should not be overlooked. Every aspect of this company was quick and professional. Our family is very impressed and we hope they get a lot more business.

Tunde from Comfort Land Heating & Cooling came to help me with the HVAC system since in the middle of the winter storm my house was freezing! On a quick review of the situation, he found the rot cause of the problem! It was the thermostat and not the actual unit. This quick finding showed me his experience on HVAC systems. He gave me a great service, updated the thermostat and explained how to use it step by step. He made sure the house was getting warmer before he left. He did a great and quick job in the middle of the storm! Great service and root cause problem solve! I recommend this company and Tunde as your HVAC technician!

We had an appointment scheduled at my house between 4-6pm. This after we had confirmed the time frame at 1pm. At about 5:30pm we reached out to confirm the tech was still coming but were told he was running behind. This is understandable however why are we as consumers having to follow up with you? At 6:15 we called and left a message with the AI assistant asking for an ETA. At 7:15 we are done and will not be needing services from a company that is not interested is gaining new business.

Ricardo was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! He showed pictures of the issues and explained things in a way that I could easily understand. Very honest and up-front with the repairs and costs. And MUCH more reasonable in pricing than their competitors!! I will definitely be using them from now on!

Corey was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He even repaired holes in my ductwork at no charge that were caused by a previous shady HVAC company that had worked on my system. Corey was honest, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I highly recommend him and Comfort Land.

Tune and Ryan did excellent job taking care of HVAC tune up. Both took the time to go over all the pictures and details of the system. Recommended things that can save energy and extend life of the system. Thank you both for great job!

Found these guys on Thumbtack app—they were super quick to call me. Sarah was great to talk to—same day appointment available, gave great explanations of process including service fee. Ricardo arrived—professional, courteous. He was very mindful of keeping the attic landing area clean. He fixed the issue quickly. I also appreciated Comfort Lands recap process. Ricardo handed me a sheet that had his observations and listed 3 recommendations that I should consider—immediate repair, future repair, and any potential system updates. Ricardo was very knowledgeable too! Highly recommend!

Shelby did a check on the HVAC unit at a house I'd like to buy. He discovered what was wrong and provided a fair price to repair the issue which also included an annual check up on heating in the fall and cooling next spring. Whether I end up buying the house or not, I will be using Coventry & Gattis for my future HVAC repairs. They we very professional!
