We used Mars for our turnover cleaning for off campus student housing. They were very professional and our site coordinator, David, was great. He kept me up to speed throughout the teams progress each days and was on time throughout the process. Krystina in the main office is great too. There was a scheduling mix up and she was able to get someone out the next day. Super helpful.

I do make the rating 4 stars instead of 5 simply due to the fact that during the turn process there were several scheduling issues (one day a crew didn't show up, they informed me after the fact they don't work on sunday, and there were a couple days they didn't complete the list given). The scheduling isn't a huge deal usually, but when we only have 2 weeks to turn 169 units, it gets tight.

Overall I would recommend them. They do quality work and for a competitive price.

Rene Perez has come to repair issues for multiple locations for our offices and every time I've dealt with him he's always been extremely professional and informative with the issues we had. Love the customer service he provides and the overall honesty with pricing and issues. Glad we use Mars Services and have someone so reliable come handle our issues!

Used Mars for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by their professionallism, prices and quality of work. Scott, our tech was great! He called me before hand and let me know exactly when he would be there and upon arrival even asked if we needed help moving furniture out of the way.

We use Mars for pest control services and while the company itself can sometimes be challenging to work with, our tech James (JD) is great. He's knowledgeable, thorough, and willing to help. He has great customer service skills, and makes our job easy by being easy to work with.

Great Service! I have had Mars Carpet Cleaning as my main Carpet needs vendor and they are AWESOME!! My favorite tech is hands down Dean! Excellent customer service and satisfaction, they could not go any better with him. And Paula is super in the office, can help out in a heart beat! Just had our carpet steamed cleaned in 3 rooms, hall and a sofa. Carlos did an amazing job that I will be setting another appointment in a few months to do the rest of the rooms and will ask for Carlos to once again do what he did so great. We recently started using Mars Services for monthly pest control since the beginning of the year and it has been great. Joseph explained everything great, he follows up and communicates well. Our tech Casey does our regular service and is also very communicative and knowledgeable about his services.

We used Mars Services for vent/duct cleaning and we had Chris as our technician. He was professional and nice. Called to let us know when he was on the way. Got here exactly when he said. Cleaned the vents and was very clean about it. He cleaned everything up after himself. Did an amazing job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Will be using again for sure! Mars and their team were wonderful. The timing to get our quote and start work was phenomenal and so much quicker than we expected. The quality of work was completed quickly and craftsmanship was top notch. We are so happy to have found Mars and will be using them for future projects!

We started over 20 years ago with Sparkle Pool Services and never had an issue. They company changed to Home Pro and how Mars Services and our pool has had a green tint the last 6 months. No one came the last 2 weeks in May on our scheduled day. Pool was completely green and unsafe. Finally had a supervisor come last Friday and shocked it. He was supposed to return and clean on Saturday. Never showed. Called Monday and now he has been fired. Today we get a letter with a 47% increase starting July. What a joke!

I had the pleasure of hiring John, an exceptional plumber, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. John was not only incredibly quick in addressing my plumbing issue but also demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and experience. I spoke with Joseph Hicks and explained to him I had an "ant emergency" going on at a house I had under contract to sell.
He was kind, professional, answered his phone the first time I called, and very knowledgeable.
Not only did he squeeze me in for same-day service, he also took pictures, made notes and sent everything to me immediately.
He truly went above and beyond on his communication and service.
Fantastic and I will definitely recommend and refer all of my clients here.

Not surprised to come here and see all the terrible reviews. Since this company took over our regular pool service there was a noticeable drop in service. Then one day in late May, the pool cleaner simply stopped showing up. We had no idea until we woke up one day and the pool was green with algae.

When we called to ask what was going on, Mars acknowledged that their pool cleaner had not serviced our house in over three weeks. No reason was given to us other than that it was “an oversight”. Fine. Could they send someone out that day to fix the problem/shock the pool? “No, we can’t come until next week”. Not ideal, but fine.

No one showed up the next week. No one even called us back. We decided to shock the pool ourselves and look for a new service. We had several phone calls to try and cancel the service and get our money back from the month that no one showed up. No surprise that every time we called we were promised a call back from Deja(sp?) in accounting and no call back… ever. It’s not even worth pursuing the refund at this point. I’m sure that’s what these crooks were counting on. Good strategy!

The biggest bummer is we loved the company mars acquired, Sparkle Pools/My Home Pro and particularly Terry, our pool cleaner. Mars blew a good thing. But hey, I’m sure their books are in the black. Bravo

We’ve used Mars for a few years to service our rental property — painting and carpet cleaning. They’ve done a wonderful job each time. And the few times we had issues we called the front desk and they took care of our concern immediately. I will definitely use Mars again in the future.

Stay away from this company for pool service. No good, not dependable and terrible service. There’s always an excuse for why they do not come out. When they do come out to “full service” my pool, they do such a poor job that they might as well not come at all. The employees don’t know what they are doing. There’s a new manager every time I call. They all blame each other. My system stopped working and I’m pretty sure it had to do with them. So disappointed and warning others!

Ben came to my apartment to replace & shampoo some of the carpet in my room due to the storm from last week. Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did an exceptional job on my carpet. He even went above and beyond and shampooed the entire apartment even though the only area he had to do was the area in my bedroom. I will definitely be using Mars Services in the future. Thank you again Ben! Highly recommend Mars Services, you will not be disappointed!

Right before the Thanksgiving holiday, we needed a carpet cleaning after a medical emergency. Even though Mars was fully booked until after the holiday, Julie understood the need for urgency and made sure to squeeze us in. She returned my call when she said she would and was incredibly professional and nice. Ben came to the house to clean and was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, incredibly thorough and super helpful. My sister and I were in the middle of taking care of a parent in the hospital and the experience with both Julie and Ben allowed us to focus on our parent. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and the outcome of the cleaning. I recommend them all day, every day!
