I called Steamatic because I had a mold issue in my AC Unit. Max Ramirez came to do a free inspection and, indeed, he found mold in some parts of the unit. I was amazed that he offered to fix the issue with no charges considering that they were minor.

Max's customer service was outstanding and very professional. His honesty about his findings is something that I value because the AC company that I used to do maintenance of my system, told me that they will charge me to clean a small unit part with mold. Plus, they tried to sell me a device for $750 to avoid that happening again.

Great company to hire and call for cleaning, remediation & restoration!

Steamatic was assigned by our insurance company to do mitigation work after water damage. From the start I was very impressed with the whole team. Respectful, responsive, willing to answer my questions, etc. Bonus points for having so many women on their crew - not common and great to see. They had to subcontract part of the work out to another company to handle asbestos removal, and that company was just as great. This whole thing has been very stressful but Steamatic was a high point, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing something similar to us.

My apartment complex had a fire last year, forcing me to move out. The 3W team has helped me move my things to a storage, and then later moved me into my new apartment. The team is fantastic! They have great communication and I was so impressed with how they cleaned and packed everything. Other people at my storage were even asking who I used because they were impressed with how my furniture was wrapped/protected. I am so appreciative and highly recommend!

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Mars Services! We have used them twice in the past for carpet cleaning and each time the carpets came out looking brand new. The last clean they did for us I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to get out a stubborn red stain and Anthony assured us that he would get that stain out for us and sure enough it came right out! I’d recommend them to anyone needing a clean.

Joey showed up on time at the very end of his workday and quickly and efficiently identified and rectified the problem for us and was on his way within 30 minutes. Friendly, efficient and professional. Would highly reccommend MARS to anyone.

I called them last minute the week of thanksgiving after a previous company ghosted me before family came to town. They were able to squeeze me in! They did an amazing job and were super nice! I will be using them for my future needs as well!!

I use Mars exclusively for carpet cleans and housekeeping. They do an excellent job on both! If there is ever anything missed, they make it a priority to come back immediately to take care of any issues. Love that I can call Delores directly regarding housekeeping, and the ladies in accounting at the office are super friendly. Great job!

The appointment was confirmed before the scheduled date and again when the tech was heading to our home. Chris was very courteous; he wore shoe covers; he showed me pictures of areas that would need attention; he showed me quotes for the potential cost of repairs. He replaced a HVAC filter. I am pleased with the service we received.

I have used many carpet companies through my career as a property manager but Joseph with Mars has hands down been the best. His customer service is 5 star and he can make any carpet look brand new. Joseph has been taking care of our house for over a year and he’s awesome. Expertly changes up to chemicals to tackle the right pest, flexible with timing and re-spraying, and is very personable. Would recommend him (and Mars) who anyone who dislikes cockroaches as much as we do.

I pay for a service for an entire year in advance. Both this year and last year, this company has messed up and attempted to start charging me for service before my previous payment term was complete. It takes multiple phone calls with apologies and statement they will look into it and call me back, but they never call me back and then they stop the service THAT I HAVE PAID FOR. Prompting even more phone calls. The guy that does the work is fantastic. The company and their billing process would get a negative rating from me they are so poor. Their scheduling department for service is just as abysmal as the financial side. Overall, the have some good employees (likely from acquisitions), but extremely poor management.

It has been one year since we had our kitchen redone.
While I am still very happy I chose this company I am most unhappy with the painting that was done on my cabinets. They should have been sanded and painted and that didn’t happen. Since then I am constantly roughing little chipped marks. That is most disappointing.

Daniel with Mars plumbing has been so helpful servicing my property a few times. Always is nice and friendly. Great with explaining what needs to be done and is efficient and quick! Very satisfied with their plumbing division.
