Terrible service decline from Mars Services/Myhome.pro/Trimark Services

I've been using their services for weekly pool chemicals for almost 5 years. They were great until May 2024, when our pool started turning green. We realized they hadn't come for 1-2 weeks.

I called, and they sent someone quickly, but the next week, no one came again. The pool was going green again. A manager came, didn't test anything, and just dumped all his truck's chemicals in. He promised to return Monday but didn't show.
They missed our regular Thursday service. When I called, they said the manager was gone and promised a new tech, Anthony, would come and introduce himself. He never did.

On 6/19, I spoke to Customer Support Manager Daniel, who seemed shocked and promised service the next day. No one came.

I called on Friday 6/21, and they said no one could come until Tuesday 6/25. I asked for management, but they only offered to send a message to the Operations Director with no guarantee of a callback.

On 6/24, I called to cancel. Their only response was, "We have you scheduled for Tuesday, are you sure you want to cancel, even though it's highly likely no one will come." I canceled, and they didn't offer to refund my June payment.

After 5 years, I'm extremely disappointed with Mars Services' recent performance and lack of customer care. A lot of this could have simply been resolved by proactive communications from them.

I called Mars Services to bid out work to install a few dedicated 110v and 220v outlets for my garage. I have no complaints regarding the work to bid the project and the execution of the work.

Chris and Pedro were the technicians. They helped advise me on different options and the best location of the outlets. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. The actual install was very clean, tidy, and met all expectations.

I am highly satisfied with the work and cost. I would definitely recommend them again!

Joseph came and treated the walls and provided a dehumidifier to help with my breathing issues. He showed up quickly, and was informative and courteous. Top marks!

Realized our office had an issue with the AC late in the afternoon. Service Manager came to our operation. We got a very quick diagnosis. The Service Manager and tech came back first thing the next morning and fixed the issue. They were both very professional, kind and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.

On behalf of the office management team here at Sequoia Park Apartments, we appreciate Joseph and all that he does for our property. He is super reliable and he is always great with communication. We can always depend on his wonderful skills and strong work drive.

Had my ac replaced inside and out. Sammi was awesome did a wonderful job communicating and getting someone out fast to look at it. Sonny came out explained the process, was very informative what needed to be done. Sonny found us the best system for the best price for my home. Joe the technician that installed my system took his time made sure everything was done right worked late in to the night to make sure we had our ac up and running for the weekend. Thank you all!

It has come to my attention that I have been abandoned by this company. We’ve been a client for 12+ years. They have not serviced my pool since before 05/13. No contact. My pool is severely GREEN. When I called to inquire I was told “I’m new here and I don’t know”. They can’t even tell me the last time they have been here. Of course the invoice comes on time with no mention that they are not providing me with a service to pay for.

I have contacted my lawyer who will be in touch. We’ve got deceit, abandonment and fraud going on here. Very frustrating.

Michael came out last minute and did our estimate and Joseph came out on a Saturday to clean our carpets! He did a phenomenal job! He was so pleasant and explained everything and had me check everything to make sure I was satisfied with the job! We’ll see you in a year!!!

My experience has been horrible. When it was Sparkle Pools, I had great service. Mars took over and it has been nothing but issues. I went almost a month with no service and zero communication (according to their records) My pool was green and I have had to pay extra to get it back to normal. I have called several times and told they would get back to me and never did. On top of it all, I got a letter stating they are raising our rates. Still trying to get my money back and switched to a new company. Horrible service.

What an AMAZING experience! I am so impressed by the team at Mars Services and their professional customer service, thorough cleaning and complete concierge of repairs offered. As a real estate investor and property manager I can say that the service I received was truly a 5-star remodeling service.

My sincere thanks to Derek H. for handling all my urgent requests, Elizabeth for her detailed cleaning, and Paul D. for smooth processing of my job quotes. Because of their fantastic abilities I was able to showcase my rental home the next day and received multiple application requests. I look forward to using them as my primary vendor going forward and gladly refer their services with confidence. Every care was taken to my needs and I truly appreciate all their hard work.
