Micah Turner was fantastic. My husband and I had a lot of hail damage this year to our roof and property, including our barn and fence. Micah provided my husband and me accurate and honest information. He took pictures to show us our roof damage. He went over the process using our insurance and worked with us to make sure the repairs were done to our satisfaction. He made sure every job was done on time and done right. Micah and Excel construction are above all the rest!! You will have the best experience with this company for your home repairs.

Company ignores no soliciting signs and leaves their trash at your door which is against the law and against local ordinance. If a company can not respect the local rules and regulations or just simply the wishes of peoples clear and well marked no soliciting signs I wouldn't trust this company to do any kind of work.

Excellent experience! Customer service is 5+ stars! Jeff is an excellent communicator and walked us through each stage of our roof and other repairs due to severe hail damage.
He listened to what we wanted, answered LOTS of questions and provided the information we needed to make sound financial decisions. Our roof is beautiful, as well as the surrounding repairs. Highly recommend!!

Micah and Stephanie were on the ball from dealing with the insurance thru the end of the job. They are clearly experienced and helped us work through the claims process. After the claims they were able to obtain get us the roofing we were seeking and if you are reading this I urge you to do some YouTube research - there is a real difference in single manufacturers. Their crew got the roof on in a day. Finally they were through with ensuring post install quality checks. I won’t say everything was perfect - with this many moving parts Murphy’s law will come into play - but I think this crew is among the better ones.

After purchasing a new home recently Tony was recommended to me for the many projects I wanted to accomplish and since starting the process he has only exceeded my expectations. He is very personable and has been great at communicating with me at every step. The attention to detail and high standards he and his team expect from their work have made me beyond satisfied with the results. I now have a new roof, gutters, insulation, and coat of paint on the house and am looking forward to tackling the next project with him and Excel Construction Group very soon.

So many of us in the metroplex were inundated after the hail storm in May. We had just about every roofing company knocking on our door and leaving business cards wanting to give free roof inspections. It was quite unnerving. I was very fortunate to speak with a neighbor who was working with Hunter and Jake with Excel construction. My neighbor was expressing such positive feedback from Excel construction that I told her to send Hunter and Jake my way. The next day Hunter and Jake arrived sporting the company logo. No more strange fellas knocking on my door and not knowing if they were legit or not. Hunter and Jake were very professional and very thorough inspecting my roof and home for hail damage. Needless to say, they found plenty. Hunter and Jake patiently explained how they will work with our insurance company to resolve and repair or replace all the damage caused by the hail storm. Everything went smoothly! I couldn't have asked for a better company. Honestly, I don't believe a better one exists. If one does, they don't have Hunter and Jake on the frontline. It's gentlemen like Hunter and Jake that represents Excel construction to being an ace! I hope Excel management is reading this, if so Hunter and Jake deserve a great Christmas bonus! We had our roof done by Tony. He was awesome. He took the time to get to know us and really built trust. This was important since we had the job done while we were out of town. He was attentive to our needs and kept us updated every step of the way. He dealt with insurance and was very thorough in his explanations, answering all questions along the way. He even sent us photos during the job while we were away and even let the dog out! The roof looks great, and Tony is welcome at my house any time after 9am lol. Thanks Tony.

I want to commend Excel Construction, and specifically Linda Rohr, for making our roofing experience flawless! Linda was able to juggle roofing, solar panels, painting and gutters within a very short time frame. She was consistently on site and kept us apprised of the times and dates of all these moving parts. Linda was also wonderful at taking on the insurance company so that we got the best deal possible. It was truly a pleasure working with her and her team(s).

We had a hail storm MONTHS ago, they came and did a great job at first dealing with our insurance then scheduled to be here and repair our carport but excuse after excuse they still have not completed the job! They came while we were on vacation and left a complete mess tearing it down then decided they needed more money even after they guaranteed we would not have to pay anymore money! So we wrote another check to get the job done, check has cleared and they have yet to show and we still have a pile of trash in our yard! Very frustrating! On top of that we had some rain this week and everything under our carport was wet because of the way it was left! We absolutely trusted they would do a great job but unfortunately we were very mistaken….
