I used Pro Tunnel a while back, I had a broken water line that I needed uncovered. They showed up in a timely manner, didn’t complain about the wet conditions due to the heavy rain and broken main line. Allowing the plumbers to do their job. Once completed, Pro Tunnel followed all codes in cushioning the water lines and burying it back. They also took the time to level out and compact the area which was trenched out. I would without a doubt use Pro Tunnel again. Also thank you Austin for getting the guys out there on such short notice.

Pro Tunnel and Trench dug tunnels under my house so Bearcat Plumbing (who I also give 5 stars) could replace **all** of my cast iron pipes (1973 house) to PVC pipes. Luckily I was forewarned about the massive mounds of dirt that would be around my properly lol, and Pro Tunnel placed large wooden boards under the dirt to minimize any damage or mess from the gigantic mounds. They were surprisingly fast (several wonderful men worked on the tunnels), and they did a fantastic job for the clean up considering (and they cleaned up my patio area, which was totally not necessary!). I learned a lot in this process, it was naturally stressful as a homeowner, but Pro Tunnel and Bearcat Plumbing made this huge endeavor smooth sailing. Thank you both businesses for all you do, you do incredibly hard, hard work!

I’m not from the Dallas area and took a google shot in the dark with them. I contracted them to do some relatively complicated concrete work for my business that just opened up. They did a terrific job and were able to stay on time and under budget. Specifically, I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the crew and would use them again and recommend them to associates. This was my first experience doing business in the state of Texas and it gave me a very good impression.
