The guys at TRC were very polite and efficient. They also gave courtesy calls/texts every time before arriving to our home. We were very satisfied with their services and would recommend them to family and friends.

I didn’t think the old school work ethic still existed. I was pleasantly surprised, as this was my first experience with a contractor. From my 1st meeting with Wes, I felt 100% confidence my water damage would be taken care of. Wes, Rudy, Clayton & Henry are consummate professionals;
Always on time, polite, courteous, respectful. Rudy, the project manager, kept me informed with emailed updates. At my convenience, he would stop by to check the progress. He wanted to make certain that I was satisfied with the work. Yes, always!
Henry was painting the guest bath baseboards, he asked if I’d take a look at his work. It was great. He went above & beyond by painting the guest bath door trim, because he “didn’t feel right not doing it!” Wow! Good ethical men of character with high standards.
I’ve told family & friends use TRC, no stress, just hard work.

I have nothing but the highest form of praise for Henry and Miguel the team leaders and their co-workers(whose names I don’t recall, please forgive me), The process of removing existing, water/damaged flooring was done professionally and timely!

After a flood from my upstairs bathtub, I was referred to TRC by my Insurance adjuster. I was very satisfied with TRC from start to finish. The work was completed timely and the quality was outstanding. My Project Manager, Rudy Reyes, was wonderful in keeping me informed and completing the job quicker than projected. I highly recommend this Company.

Marc did an amazing job!

TRC restoration went above and beyond for my flood. From matt getting the mitigation team out within an hour, to Wes and Rudy handling the other end of things for restoring my house. This team was fantastic and if I ever have restoration needs again this will be my go to company to use. A+ job guys! thanks for everything.

Ruben and Ellie did a fantastic job cleaning out our vents. They were timely, polite, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did. Highly recommend for any mitigation services you may need.

TRC’s crew was awesome especially their Construction Supervisor Rudy Reyes. He was always ready to help us when we had questions, and he responded quickly. We appreciated the timeline he provided us of who was coming and what they were doing. It was great to communicate with just one person instead of all the people who worked in restoring our upstairs: plumber, painter, floor, etc. it took a lot of people to restore our upstairs. Very professional! The techs Ruben and Julio were outstanding. Very thorough. Actually brushed out the HVAC system, put some sort of sealed it, and cleaned vent covers. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Matt Frank and Ruben are two of the most caring and respectful young men who have ever done any sort of service in our home.
We had issues with our plumbing and they stepped in surveyed the damage and promptly went to work. Matt made certain that we understood everything and he was so attentive to us. This level of service he provided was above and beyond what we expected. We would certainly recommend/request them when using TRS.
Jackson was with Ruben when he came back to check the moisture levels, remove the fans and clean. He did a great job as well.
I had a Christmas Eve Eve service to attend last evening and they made certain they wrapped things up before I needed to leave. This kind of respect and dedication isn’t the norm these days.

Very impressed with TRC!! We needed them for a move out cleaning & drywall repair. Matt was so helpful in getting everything on the books and set up for us, and staying in contact with us as to progress. Iris & Gloria performed the move out clean and their work was STELLAR! They literally thought of everything - sweeping the garage, porches, under & behind the refrigerator, blinds, light fixtures, as well as the main parts of the house. The drywall repair is currently in progress & I'm confident it will be well done. Truly appreciate TRC stepping in to help facilitate these services for us! We will use them again in the future for sure!

The work was completed to our satisfaction and in a much shorter time than Originally planned. They were very careful with our floors and tape them off so that there would be no scratches. They also cleaned up nicely.

Miguel and Ricardo are amazing. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile is typical of everyone we’ve worked with from TRC. I recommend them 100% to restore your home to even better than new.

Everyone I dealt with at TRC Restoration was amazing. They a thorough job on the inspection of my bathroom and flooring and ensured that everything was clean and safe from bacteria. I especially appreciate Clayton and Reuben for all of their help. Clayton did a great job explaining the process, and Reuben was super polite and helpful and came back to check things the following day, and came the next day to pick up all the fans. Thank you so much for all of your help, I would highly recommend TRC for any restoration/cleanup work.

I do not recommend this construction company.
They were unable to follow proper Texas building codes for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other key areas. When I brought up these issues, they became very defensive instead of addressing the concerns professionally.

If you're expecting work to be done according to the original code standards your house was built to, you may be out of luck with this company. Also, be aware—they appear to only allow positive reviews on their Facebook page, which raises some red flags.

Use caution and do your homework before hiring them. Just sharing my experience.

We had a water leak from our dishwasher that we didn’t find for 2 days. Our insurance had TRC call us. Ruben came out the same day. Ruben is very professional, knowledgeable , and very personable . He did a great job and explained everything as he went On with his work. He did just a super job!

We had a fire in our rental property, we are out of state. We used TRC and couldn't be happier. Throughout the entire process they kept us informed with weekly updates, we were able to chose the materials that we wanted and they helped choose items that were in our budget. Robby, Kevin Kayla and April went above and beyond my expectations with customer service. Our project was completed on time and budget. I would HIGHLY recommend TRC for any restoration project you have!!

Matt is the most professional and kind person. He has helped us on multiple occasions and consistently does an amazing job. He’s very detailed and organized. I always feel at ease knowing he’s taking care of everything and restoring everything perfectly. Highly recommend.

It is rare indeed to find a company like TRC. Without exception everyone that came to my house was both very competent and very pleasant. In particular Hunter and Kevin were awesome as managers on the reconstruction project. Otis and Ron did an amazing job restoring the water damaged cabinets to match the rest of our kitchen when two other contractors were insistent that it was impossible. I am ultra happy with the finished product that TRC provided, which was delivered ahead of schedule. Iris and Gloria did a tremendous job with our pack out, handling our belongings with extra detail and care. I’ve had experiences with other pack out companies in the past that pale in comparison. Overall, every service that TRC offered exceeded my expectations. I could not possibly recommend someone better than TRC.
