I just had my Spring AC tune up with Kelton and Andrew from My HVAC Guy. I have been a customer for several years now and I plan to remain one.
I had a great experience from start to finish. They arrived on time, which I really appreciated. Throughout the visit, they were professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. Kelton took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and patiently addressed my concerns.

I had a scheduled tuneup for the A/C with a major company in the Metroplex and within 90 minutes I had a leaky coil that couldn’t be replaced due to the age of the A/C (10 yrs) and a salesperson wanting to sell me a new unit. The price that was quoted was between $16 and $20 thousand dollars less the finance charges if I paid cash. Advised that I needed time to process all the info and I would let them know.
Through a friend I contacted Kelton Lisby, My HVAC Guy. It was so refreshing talking to him. I let him know that he was doing a 2nd opinion visit. First thing he said was that he needed to come and look at the unit and we were able schedule for the next day. Kelton spent about 3 hours in the attic and checking the outside unit.
When all was said and done he could not identify leaks, anywhere. Stated refrigerant was low but I could not remember the last time it was added. I had tuneups twice a year and low refrigerant was not ever mentioned. He also identified other issues and those were promptly addressed. I am so impressed with Kelton Lisby that I’ve terminated my contract with the other company. His knowledge of HVAC his professionalism, his honesty and how careful he was in my home and his ability to explain the issues at hand made me feel that I was part of the process.
I totally recommend Kelton Lisby, he is now
My HVAC Guy. And finally it didn’t cost thousands because he’s so reasonably priced and my unit has never worked better.

My HVAC Guy made a return visit to prepare the unit for the summer months. Again so professional and honest, yes we still have issues
but he’s going to do his best to to keep it running before the new unit is needed and that is so appreciated by me, the homeowner. He’s always been upfront with me and I won’t have anyone else but Kelton to advise me.
