Excellent work. New exactly what was wrong, suggested possible ideas we could fix ourselves first before any official visit to address all problems and checks to make sure everything is in order after service is done, will work with again!

It was 105 degrees outside and our AC unit started making a very loud noise on the outside condenser and the air coming out was lukewarm at best. I called and spoke to Kelton with My HVAC Guy and he came out immediately. He diagnosed the problem (new fan motor needed) and tested our system as well. We needed a system recharge as the air coming out into the house was only registering 64 degrees. He did a thorough inspection and proper fix, and with the new fan motor and Freon recharge the air coming out into our house is now registering 57 degrees. Not only was Kelton professional, fast, and affordable, we’ll probably be saving money on future electricity bills because our system will be running smoother and more efficiently. Thank you, Kelton!

We had a cooling issue upstairs. My HVAC Guy, Kendall, assessed both our upstairs and downstairs units inside and out. Then offered solutions starting with the easiest and least costly. If that doesn't work we have a plan for the next steps. Good news, it worked!! Honest and professional, give them a call.

Unlike some other companies that might push unnecessary upgrades or replacements, Kelton took the time to thoroughly inspect our HVAC issues. Instead of recommending a costly new unit, he found the bad part and repaired it, saving us a lot of money.

Kelton came to our shop and serviced both HVAC systems. He was timely and prompt. He also did a great job of showing us pictures of the maintenance and mechanical procedures he followed. Very thorough.

Kelton is such an amazing guy. He came last month to help us with our AC (I know I’m late posting but life has been chaotic). So we have home warranty BUT they were going to take 8 days to come out and we were referred to Kelton and he came out the same day, he temporarily fixed us for the day so we can get some cool air blowing until he can order the part in for us, came back next day and fixed us all up!! We ended up wanting him to service our HVAC twice a year because his customer service and professionalism was just over the top. He doesn’t push anything to you but does great suggestions and sends you the quote over email. He also explains everything to you on what he finds. So Kelton is MY HVAC GUY!
