My hvac guy owner Kelton was very professional and more worried about my father stuck in a hot house. He replaced the central air quickly and for a great price!!!!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the HVAC work Mr. Kelton did at our home. From the moment he showed up, he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what was going on with our system in a way that actually made sense to me, not a bunch of confusing technical stuff. You could tell right away he genuinely cares about doing the job right.

He fixed the issue quickly, but didn’t rush. Everything was done with care and attention to detail. Afterward, our system ran quieter, cooled more evenly, and honestly it felt like a brand new system. He even gave us a few simple tips to keep things running smoothly down the line, which we really appreciated.

We were thoroughly impressed with how respectful and thoughtful he was throughout the whole visit. It’s hard to find service like that these days.

Kelton and Ciara are absolutely amazing—and now Kelton is officially my hero! When the AC at our shop/office went out, My HVAC Guy came to the rescue. Kelton diagnosed the problem almost instantly and even took the time to teach me a few things along the way. Everything from first contact to the diagnosis and repair was top notch. Kelton was our repair tech. He was so kind from the first call to tell me he was headed our way to the second he pulled up and all the way through the entire repair process. He wore booties to make sure he didn’t get dirt on our carpet. He made sure to explain what he thought was wrong in terms that I understood. He then told me what he was going to do to fix it and clearly explained the pricing before doing anything. It was so great. Amazingly professional and fast service. I would 100% recommend them for anyone who needs HVAC service locally.

We cannot recommend My HVAC Guy enough. The service was top-notch right from the beginning. Tania reached out to get us on the schedule and even called to confirm on the day of the appointment, which I really appreciated.

​James, the technician, arrived right on time and was incredibly professional. He was dressed sharply and made sure to put on shoe covers before entering, which showed a lot of respect for our space. He checked our system thoroughly, taking detailed notes and explaining everything to me in a way I could understand.
​We decided to sign up for their membership plan (which includes 2 tune-ups a year) and was priced extremely fairly. James found an small issue with our vent pipe and offered to provide us with a quote, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy right then and there. It is rare to find such honest, high-quality service these days. 5 stars all the way!

Edwin was the utmost professional. He was highly knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He was able to answer all our questions and did an excellent job of repairing our air conditioner. I would highly recommend him for all of your HVAC needs.

Edwin and his team at Texas air mechanics did a fantastic job and replaced my entire HVAC System. They were on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! We highly recommend working with his team!

We met with Edwin to get some info on replacing our AC compressor if we decided to take the cash option from our home warranty company. Edwin had done his homework before meeting with us about the cost gave us multiple options. He was patient with us answered all of our questions and we had lots. I felt the answer were from an experienced and knowledgeable technician. We worked things out with our warranty company but had we not we would have hired Texas Air for the job!

Edwin did a fantastic job fixing our AC unit! He was friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. He informed us that our compressor was still under warranty and got it up and running quickly. Our system is now running as good as new. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

Edwin & Julio came out and replaced my evaporator coil. Also refilling on the refrigerant. Edwin was upfront with everything including the price. Love the results and the price of the bill. Definitely recommend people to go to them.
