Trent saved our showers and sinks! Our water pressure in our rain shower heads went from a rain shower to a drizzle. We also noticed our sinks had less than desirable pressure. Trent came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed our issue in a couple of hours.
We called a different plumber last week and they were unable to fix it but Trent was! His expertise has given us our rain showers and sinks back! We will definitely be calling Trent and Roto Rooter for any and all future issues.

Great experience starting with speaking to Adrian who answered the phone and scheduled someone to come out to my home for a stove conversation the next morning. Roberto and Brian came out to provide a free quote and ended with doing the job correctly and in a timely manner. Will definitely be contacting this company again for any of my homes needs. After noticing a water leak on our water heater we contacted Roto Rooter and scheduled an appointment. The receptionist was very professional and stated an employee would reach out and would come to our residence. Mr. Rolando an employee of Rotor reached out to us within fifteen minutes and gave us an approximate arrival time. Mr. Rolando inspected the water heater and made attempts to locate the water heater, which we had selected. With it being late in the afternoon several parts to complete the replacement could not be located. It was decided Mr. Rolando would return the following day. Mr. Rolando was very professional, he showed up the following day and completed the job. I would definitely recommend Rotor-Rooter🙏

One of the drivers caused some small damage to my windshield because they were flying down the highway with a trailer with rocks and mud. I went to the Harlingen office and spoke with Randy, he seemed to be ready and willing to help. I pointed out the damage to my windshield. And being an honest person I told showed him the damage that was already there and not caused by his driver.

Nothing for days. I go to the office to speak to him again and he’s basically washed his hands of me. I finally speak with someone that can help, and I’m told this is not the first time this has happened. Someone would be calling me back.

Javier Oovera calls me about a week later and demands dash cam footage. I told him I have photos of his truck on the road with rocks and mud. I don’t know how many people have dash cams on their vehicles “well I do” he says. Then he asked me what day this happened. I say Friday, but I then take a look at the photos time stamp and say, “my mistake, it was Thursday”. He comes back with “well, I don’t know, you say Friday now Thursday”. Really? I see what he’s doing and just resorted to filing a police report.

This company is full of crooked, unprofessional individuals. I can’t imagine being a customer and something goes wrong. You’ll get the run around, the ho, hum, “there’s nothing we can do” with some generic excuse. I’d stay very clear from these people.

I’ll be filing a police report and including all the damages including the paint chips. When all I wanted was for them to apologize and fix the small windshield crack.

Trent was fast, helpful, and informative. I don't feel like we got ripped off for the work he did. He also fixed the disaster under the sink that was there when we purchased the house. I like that he came to give us a quote and ended up fixing everything right away instead of penciling us in for a later day.

I recently had a new water heater installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. I called Roto-Rooter, about a gas leak, on the outside of the church building they quoted me $ 1400 which was way over on what i anticipate but I decided to go ahead and pay. The next day I was called and informed that the leak was found and repaired. Then I was called back that there was another leak and we're charging me an extra $499. So disappointed. Still have no gas.
