had a journeyman plumber come out and got the job done right and managed to upsell me a service needed but had put off... well, the group that came in afterwards damaged my property and left trash all over. I was pretty heated when I called in and requested a call back from mgt but haven't heard back. so, be advised, you're not gonna get service after the sell...they'll find a way not to have to return. the most expensive isn't always the best, avoid.

Very happy with the service we received! As others mention it is a little on the pricier side, but for same day service and the quality of services provided we were comfortable with the price. Abraham was courteous and helpful throughout and explained the entire process to me. He was even able to look at another plumbing concern I brought up and gave me insight on how it could be addressed when we are ready to do so.

Our water heater was leaking and corroded, but we had a new replacement installed in less than 12 hours! He was able to assist us with selecting the right parts needed from Lowe’s and picked up the order for us. Everything was left nice and tidy when the job was done and old unit was hauled away. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing services in a timely matter.

My family and I experienced a major interruption in our drainage system going into the city drainage late on Christmas Day. We called for service at 2100 and Pedro arrived at 2230 although Pedro wasn’t able to clear the drainage system that night he was able to let us know he needed a jet tool to help clear the drainage. He said he would return at noon on 12•26•2025. Javier called at 0918 to let us know they were on their way to our home to finish the job. Javier and Eli arrived and began to work until the drainage was cleared. Javier was able to explain it was an uneventful circumstance on the city side that clogged our drainage. He was able to verify that everything looked good through the camera system from our house to the city drainage. I want thank Pedro very much for showing up very quickly on Christmas night and Javier and Eli for completing the job.

Roto Rooter is a great plumbing company deserving of 5 star reviews. They responded quickly (on a Saturday) and their technician (Mason) was here before my scheduled appointment. Mason did a thorough job in fixing my issue, was very professional and knowledgeable with the plumbing issue I was experiencing. Mason answered all my questions as to why the issues occurred and left with me with confidence that the work was done correctly. I highly recommend Rotor Rooter for those unexpected plumbing issues that might occur. Very satisfied with the overall experience with this company.

They were able to diagnose our problem and where it was plugged in which line, too. They presented a solution along with a warranty/ guarantee. We knew they would be pricey but trusted the reviews and it had to be done. Javar and Jose were our techs, excellent manners and quality work. Very satisfied but poorer. 😄

George came out and addressed the issue, gave us different options and prices to fix the clog. He was able to get it going and unclogged the toilet and shower. He tested everything afterwards and made sure there was no backflow to any other toilets or sinks. He did a great job; I would definitely recommend him.
