Willis came around 9:30 pm to work for a hour to fix my AC. He is honest and professional. His price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Willis installed a new geothermal unit in the home I purchased. It has never worked properly. Calls and internet contacts to Willis remain unanswered. Its looking like I will have to completely removed this equipment and install a conventional system.

Our ac system went out today and we called Haslet AC repair to come out and help. They were awesome and did a great job. We are pleased!

Called during the weekend and made an appointment for that following Monday. The gentlemen on the phone told me they will be there Monday between 9-11 am, cool I cleared my schedule to wait for them. 10:45a and no one showed up so I called, they told me the technician is a little behind Im like"Okay"... 2:10pm still nothing, I called again :hey can I get a ETA on the tech coming to my house. They tell be that he must have missed the appointment that they were going to call him. I say no because I have an appointment at 3pm, okay at what time will you be back? I say 5pm... Okay he will be there. It is 6pm and the technician still not here I have called twice and their answer was he is on the way.

For having five stars accross very unprofessional.

The tech that was supposed to come was unable so at the last minute they contacted someone else to cover down. Diagnostic for my AC was not good. Tech was understanding of my situation and told me he was going to talk to the company to call me. Im not holding my breath.
