HVAC reviews in Haslet, Texas

By far the best A.C. service I have ever had! The technician took his time to explain everything in detail. He never rushed, took his time and answered every question. He proactively communicated, showed he cared and provided options for an elevated experience in customer service. If your looking for great A.C. service, don't look any further, call Fix My Air DFW. If i could rate this company 10 stars I would, but Google only provides 5 stars.

Agustin was great and I would highly recommend his HVAC services! I had a leak in my attic that appeared to be from my HVAC and then my AC stopped running. Booked my appointment online after seeing positive reviews for Fix My Air on Nextdoor.

Agustin communicated about his arrival time and when he arrived he was very thorough assessing the issue.

His pricing was fair and upfront, he also didn’t try to upsell me on any extras.

I’m a first time homeowner and in addition to fixing the issue, Agustin went above and beyond spending extra time answering all of my questions about the system overall.

I will definitely be using Agustin and Fix My Air for all of my HVAC services going forward!

Our AC went out yesterday, and FIX MY AIR DFW was out promptly at 08:00 this morning. Augie was very professional, and he had the problem identified and repaired in less that 45 minutes. The price was very fair, and you cant beat the service. I will definitely be calling these folks for any issues that arise in the future. I highly recommend this company!

Fix My Air did a fantastic job. I felt like the price was very fair and the service was excellent. Augustin and his crew were very polite and knowledgeable. I wool highly recommend them!

Agustin was professional, and overall a quality guy. He went above and beyond to give us the best service possible! Everything was explained thoroughly and he had our best interest in mind. The installation crew took pride in thier work. I had a new system installed with new duct work. When I went in the attic, it did not look like my old attic. Fix My Air went beyond what other companies would have done.

Agustin worked with me every step of the way. The entire team did a great job. Price was extremely competitive, but always remember you DO get what you pay for. Having said that I worked with several companies getting estimates and explanations of what I needed and what was wrong with my system. Several companies were full of it so to speak, Augustine was honest...he explained everything. With me being somewhat knowledgeable on some HVAC things, I knew he was telling the truth on several items that others lied/extended the truth on..highly recommend

We had a few recommendations as well as all of the glowing reviews here for Fix My Air, LLC, and I am pleased to add another great review to the list. We contacted them about our unit dripping, and they were out the same day with several suggestions for keeping our unit running in this Texas heat. I don’t feel that anything was pushed on us other than what was needed, my husband got a very thorough explanation of everything, and we are all taken care of now with peace of mind that our unit is going to be okay. Thank you, Augie and team, for taking great care of your customers! We won’t hesitate to call for all of our HVAC needs in the future!

My thermostat had stopped working in the heat of summer and I did not discover it until I arrived home from work in the evening. I called a company that was supposed to be out within an hour and after waiting well past that I decided it was best to begin reaching out to other AC repair companies. I called multiple companies, all of which were finished taking appointments for the day. Out of all of those companies that I called, Augie was the only one who followed up with me via text and let me know he could be there first thing in the morning. He was nice and efficient. He solved my problem and I was able to get my home back and up and running that day. I would recommend this company.

Definitely recommend!! Agustin responded fast, came out the same day, and took his time explaining what was wrong with my AC unit. He was very professional and patient with answering all of my questions. He really made me feel comfortable about getting the AC fixed, and had the best price quote from the beginning. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell me. Made me feel like there are still true honest people out there! Thank you Augustin!

Agustin is a true professional. Prompt and courteous. He not only found issues needing correcting he improved the basic performance of my A/C. Fix My Air DFW will be the only HVAC company I use and for many years to come. I highly recommend this company.

During one of the coldest times of the year, when most places were backed up and barely answering the phone, Augustine, the owner, showed us what real compassion and professionalism look like.
My family was struggling without heat, and the thought of my kids sleeping in the cold was honestly overwhelming.
But this gentleman refused to let that happen. He made our situation a priority and worked quickly to get our heater running again — and he did it in an honest, fair-priced way that’s hard to find these days.
The relief and gratitude we felt are hard to put into words.
Fix My Air DFW didn’t just fix our heater — they gave my family comfort and peace when we desperately needed it. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts.

Ron is the man, he was here within 2 hours of a call on a Sunday, professional, got our ac working till we can get a new one order from them and installed. Definitely will continue service thru them.

The was the 2nd time I've used Mastercraft Mechanical, Ron cane for routine maintenance. His service was just as wonderful as the 1st time,if not better! Very professional and courteous. The work done was top notch! This is definitely my go to for all my heating/cooling needs! *****

My heater wasn't working this morning.
I called Ron Hockscetler at Mastercraft Mechanical and he walked me through the process of getting my heater back on over the phone. What would have cost me a service fee, Ron assisted me and we were able to get our heat back on. I do plan on paying Ron the service fee for his excellent assistance.

Ron was wonderful!! He was efficient researching and addressing my concerns. He made me feel totally comfortable asking questions and took time to explain the issue to me. I didn’t try to upsell me which I really appreciate. I will call him again in future for our HVAC needs.

I was super grateful for Ron. He was very responsive and professional. We didn't have to wait long at all to have our A/C repaired. I highly recommend MasterCraft!

Ron and his team were extremely responsive to my problem (HVAC out).

Pricing was far more competitive than others in the area, with superior service.

Highly recommend you give Mastercraft a chance for your maintenance, repairs, or new install.

Ron was great!! Ron was meticulous on finding what was wrong and diagnosing the problem! Honest and reliable not words you can say everywhere in today’s society but with Mastercraft Mechanical you can!! You won’t be sorry don’t hesitate to call you will be glad you did!!

Ron and his son TJ were very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and best of all fairly priced.
I will continue to use Ron and TJ for all of my AC needs.
Thank you both!

Ron is very proficient at his craft. He is trustworthy and timely and does very good work. I have referred him in the past and he does not disappoint.

Ron was easily the best, most professional HVAC service person we have had. We have had issues with our AC for more than 2-months and have had 4 other companies come out to no avail. Ron came out and easily diagnosed the issue and explained it in terms we could understand. In the meantime, one of the other companies had messed up the thermostat so we were also not getting any heat. Ron, again, diagnosed the issue, replaced the thermostat, and we are up and running again. I enthusiastically recommend Ron and MasterCraft Mechanical for all your HVAC needs!!
