Ron at MasterCraft saved us when the cold snap hit today and our (recently installed) HVAC system couldn’t keep up. I called at a late hour and despite probably having a very busy day of similar house calls, Ron took our call and was at our door within the hour. We have spent the last year dealing with another company who installed our system and it’s been such a headache. Ron was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and explained his work/what was wrong. I wish we had given him our business from the get go when we first started shopping for a new system.

Bottom line - Ron and MasterCraft have our business henceforth, and we so appreciate him coming out and fixing the problem/offering suggestions for future solutions. We would 100% recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much!

Moved into a new house 2 months ago and the AC was struggling to cool it down. Hours and hours for a few degrees.

Ron was punctual, upfront about pricing, and provided quick, efficient, and affordable service within 2 hours after arriving. The AC is now blowing colder than ever, I may need to turn it up a few degrees lol. Would highly recommend this company! Local, family owned business is also a plus.

So happy I chose to go with Ron!!! Heater went out last night and woke up to a FREEZING house. He was quick to come out, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within minutes of getting the parts. Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy. If I ever have another issue he will definitely be on speed dial!!

Ron was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed our AC quickly and immediately knew what needed to be done.

He works with my landlord and we've had to have him come out over the summer for the AC and he got it up and running the very next day. Yesterday our heat went out and he told my landlord that he would be here between 5:30-6, but he got here at 3:30 (no biggie since I was working from home). He determined the thermostat was bad and said he would be back with a new one first thing Saturday morning (the next day). And he was like right after 10am. The first 2 thermostats he brought the fuses were bad and burnt out right away. He went out of his way to go to his home/office to get a new one, got it installed and everything is working wonderful!

He is very diligent and made sure we were all set before finishing the work. Definitely recommend this company as he seems like he really cares about his work. I value that above anything because I know when a person cares about their work issues will be resolved one way or another.

Update:
My landlord used these services again and we got brand new units. The installers were quick and efficiently were actually early as well. The units work great and now my office and daughters room have better air flow!

Ron was spectacular!!!! I made the call and he was able to make it to me within an hour or so. After a thorough diag, a condenser and some Freon we we’re back up and cooling. Great price as well. Ron is a very nice and trustworthy person. Would recommend him time after time!!!!!
