Josh did an excellent job, no short-cuts, just quality work. Everything looks great, the plumbing is insulated all the way back to the main water line 3 feet under the flower bed. If you're looking for a plumber for work or a home filtration system like we did, this company and Josh, are excellent!!! Josh also flushed the sediment out of our tank less water heater, separate job, but same quality and professionalism.

We have used Mainline Plumbing twice now and both experiences have been amazing. Had them put in a water conditioner this time and Joshua did an excellent job. We will continue to use them in the future.

Our experience with Mainline Plumbing has been exceptional!! I can’t speak more highly of our experience. This is our second time using their services and I will continue to do so. Today, Jeremy walked us through the whole process of what we were needing and even went the extra mile. He communicated with us every step of the way and had us present when looking through our pipes. He was kind, funny, and very informative. Adam and his crew know what they’re doing and will educate you along the way. Plumbing issues isn’t on the top of my list of wants, but thank goodness I know who to call when we need it. Great experience with Mainline Plumbing. Responsive to messages and was able to get us on his schedule quickly. We needed 2 pot fillers installed. The waterlines and piping had already been completed and it isn’t easy to come in after another contractor to finish up a job. Knows his stuff and was able to install our pot fillers and they are awesome! Definitely recommend and will use him again in the future for any water or gas line needs.

The gas company unexpectedly turned off our gas for a gas leak, that we knew nothing about. We were referred to Jeremy at Mainline plumbing. He came out on Thursday at 12:45pm and started the search for our gas leak. After a lot of searching and removing walls in our garage he found the leak. He has it repaired and the city was here doing the inspection and now Atmos is turning it back on. Thank you Jeremy for your hard work and dedication to finding to problem and getting it repaired.

Spoke with Mainline Plumbing over this issue. They were hired to fix a leak. They sent me a video showing the leak. They weren't authorized to perform any other duties besides fixing the leak. So that was all they did. I bought the house right after the repair and it was my negligence on not checking the repair and expecting it to be handled. I feel as though they should have removed the lead pipe that ultimately is my issue with draining, but I can't verify or really diagnose due to my lack of plumbing experience. I am now having very slow draining issues after the work was performed, but the leak is fixed. I again will state this is my opinion that the pipe going from the drain to the main should have been replaced since the pipe reused was the lead pipe and they already had to fully disconnect it noting the sticker for the rubber connection points.

You were referral. My experience was they are prompt and scheduled me in same day. Communication and next steps was clear and pricing is reasonable. We had an issue of a leak at the faucet tub. It wasn’t fully resolved and took longer to fix but less leak.

From the first phone call, Adam was personable and informative, and offered all the information I needed to make the choice to use his company for my plumbing issue (timeframe, expected cost, asking for details of issues, and scheduling parameters). Once the choice was made, we were scheduled for an 8-10am window on a weekday, and our technician Jeremy arrived shortly before 8am. He was polite and informative, reassuring, (and gave our dog the required amount of attention).
Jeremy didn’t give me any cause for embarrassment for my concerns. He took a good look at the issues we were having and was able to determine the underlying problems. Our plumbing issue back up (no longer backed up) and running fine. He was also able to let us know that we didn’t have water coming up through our slab when using the dishwasher… it was the dishwasher leaking!
What could’ve resulted in a seriously over-charged ticket from a dishonest company was more than reasonable, and very quickly handled.
We will definitely use Mainline Plumbing again, and we will be referring anyone who needs a plumber to them.
