Jeremy the dispatch tech and Adam the owner were great form the time I called they got me serviced the very next day 7am as I called them too late in the day. Thank you to Jeremy for being great and transparent with me , an honest service I appreciate it!

Jeremy was on time and flushed my hot water tank. He was very professional and willingly answered questions I had on a couple of other issues. He was so nice and I will definitely call Mainline for any future plumbing issues I have!

We called Mainline Plumbing to have our water heater converted to Tankless and within 24 hours of calling to make the appointment Adam was at our house to do the install. Every thing went flawlessly and we could not be happier with the service and professionalism. We will be using Mainline plumbing from now on for all of our plumbing needs!

Highly recommend Adam and his team! Service was prompt, thorough and educational. We’ve used Mainline Plumbing three times now. The first time we called for service they were able to come out the following morning, the second time we called Adam arrived the same day! Mainline Plumbing services were also affordable, beating several competitors we called in the area. We appreciated their honest explanation of pricing without any hidden fees. Their transparency, professionalism and speed are reasons why we are proud to call them our family plumber! Shout out to Jeremy on our third and most recent house call! He came the same day we requested service and quickly tackled a tricky situation navigating the main line under our sidewalk that required some out of the box thinking. I ran into a water line issue while replacing my toilet and called Mainline Plumbing. Josh showed up quickly and truly saved me from flooding my house! He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and reassuring, which immediately took the stress out of the situation. He fixed the problem fast, even addressed other things he noticed, and the pricing was very fair. Josh went above and beyond; I’d trust him with any job. Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to call them!

We had a very poor experience dealing with home depot even having them to deliver the water heater. I ordered it online at store located 4 miles from me.which they had 7 in stock which I verified with the store. The unit was delayed in shipment for more than 4 days as it was being shipped to me from out of state. This also was not known to me until I called their CS as I was expecting it from the store in my city. My future needs will be from Lowe's until they treat me as has as home depot has done. Thank you Josh for your excellent job doing the removal and install in about 3 hrs time.

We had our kitchen sinks clogged and couldn’t figure out why. I was referred to Adam and when I spoke to him, he moved quickly! His team came out immediately and they were so helpful!
Not only did they fix the issue, but they let me see what was going on and how to maintain our drain and pipes better. I truly appreciate Joshua and Jeremy for their time, their thoroughness and for being so kind and friendly! I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Jeremy. He replaced our kitchen sink basket strainer and flushed our tankless water heater. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and he explained the process clearly. Very knowledgeable, punctual, and left the area clean. Highly recommend!
