Contacted this company a number of times and Ashley told me she will get Chris to get back to me. Another week, another call, another excuse. It never ended! If you depend on this group, you get what you deserve. A complete waste of time.

The owner Chris came out and gave me an excellent bid on a job that no one else wanted to do. Small commercial plumbing finish out. They did a great job. I will be using diversified in the future. Thanks Chris

Called about a gas smell in the house, before I could call back to see when the on call guy was coming he rang my doorbell. The owner, Chris, came and found and repaired my gas leak on a Friday afternoon. Explained what he found and the repair and said he would come back should anything come up. Followed up after. Amazing service!

Diversified came out on a Sunday to get our hot water heater replaced so we could get back to normal after the winter storms. Very clear on costs and schedule. We will only be using Diversified going forward. Thank you!

I will not recommend this company for plumbing services. Our builder used this company during our extensive remodeling. There are many issues with plumbing. Leaked plumbing ruined the wood flooring, garbage disposal incomplete installation, improper gas fitting in utility room to name a few. Always have excuses to service the warranties like we didn't get the email, we are too busy, etc. Not reliable and trustworthy.

The worst plumbers around. They can never get the job correct the first time. Rude customer service as well. They had to send out different plumbers 3 different times just to fix their own installation. Their plumbers are highly unprofessional & pretty unknowledgeable about what they are doing, as well as their customer service line. They come into your house with their dirty shoes & I have seen them put their cigarettes on our front lawn. We had to call out a different plumbing company to fix Diversified’s mistakes. Do yourself a favor and call a better plumbing company who will treat you better.

*In response to owner’s reply, this is the only negative review that I have ever written. Diversified is so deplorable that I felt compelled to leave such a poor review. If you pull up your records, you can see multiple visits to correct so many issues from the very beginning. If your standard for your quality of work is just to “pass city inspection”, you should be let your customers know you don’t care about them so they can save time and frustration. We contacted our builder, and they said they stopped using Diversified altogether because you were so difficult to work with. Apparently we are not the only ones that are dissatisfied with Diversified. Even a major builder refuses to use Diversified for all their new construction contracts. We were so fed up with Diversified, we had to pay out of pocket to hire other plumbers to fix issues due to Diversified’s inadequacy. I have left 5 star reviews for AAA Auger for the many times that that have come to fix problems caused by Diversified. To call a customer aggressive is highly unprofessional and irresponsible, considering the rude tone of Diversified’s unfriendly customer service unwilling to help by any means necessary. I would rather pay out of pocket myself rather than waste any more money at Diversified, who do not care about customer service or the quality of your work. They only care about just passing city inspections, who cares if the homeowner has ongoing leakage problems on a new home right ? As long as Diversified takes the money and run.

I had a little yet BIG problem and Diversified Plumbing Services was the only ones to help me. It was Christmas eve and I had a faint gas line leak coming from the gas meter. The gas company came out, shut the gas off to my house and fixed the leak. However, once the gas was turned back. My hot water heater would not reignite. I called every plumbing company on the internet and phone book. NO one was answering because it was 2:45 pm on Christmas eve except for Ashley at Diversified Plumbing. I told Ms. Ashley my problem and she contacted her boss which sent two guys right out. The guys from Diversified Plumbing were very quick, respectful and knowledgeable. They where smart and resourceful. They used my neighbors igniter button to get mine up and running right before all of my family came over for Christmas. What a nightmare that would of been. Then Diversified ordered the replacement igniter button and called me to schedule a time to install it at my convenience. Now I don't know about you but that is GOOD ole fashion service. Thank You Ashley and all the guys at Diversified Plumbing Services (DPS) for a job well done.

Diversified Plumbing is the best plumbing services company in the metroplex!! They recently installed a bathroom vanity and toilet. They were punctual, professional and flexible. This is the third time I’ve used Diversified in the past 3 years. They’ve installed a total of two hot water heaters, three toilets and a vanity. Always, provide friendly service at a reasonable price. They are my first call for our plumbing needs!!

Can't say enough good things about this company. They did the plumbing for my new home (Coventry) and I had some issues come up just as the warranty period expired and they were quick to act and did it all under warranty without any hesitation. Got to love a company that stands by their service no matter what. Thanks Ashley for being so wonderful!

Today I had Diversified replace 2 toilets and 3 bathroom sink faucets. Our builder had installed very small toilets that put my 13 year old son’s knees in his chest when sitting down, it was a huge joke with how little and low these toilets were. We upgraded to ADA toilets as my mom is handicap and needed something that would work for her without having to put an attachment onto the toilet bowl. These are so tall that she has no issues getting up or sitting down now. The builder also installed terrible crystal knob faucets in our bathrooms and we now have something way more modern with a high arch allowing us to actually get our hands under the faucet to wash them without them hitting the bowl due to the low clearance of those crystal knob faucets. The plumbers called to let us know they were on the way, called again when they arrived as they knew I was working from home and did not want to ring the doorbell and interrupt a possible online meeting I might have been in. They were quick and efficient and the install went without any hiccups. I was worried the new toilets might not fit where the miniature ones were but they are perfect. Thank you for your great customer serve and replacement of our plumbing needs.

We recently had a leak into our closet from our master bathroom. The staff at diversified plumbing were quick to come out and help us get it fixed. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

We recently had to replace a toilet and, in the process, uncovered other issues. Apparently, there was a leak that may have been there for years which eroded the area surrounding the drain pipe. We called Diversified and they came out the following morning. Danniel, the service tech was clean, professional and did an amazing job from start to finish. We are so impressed with their service, their work and attention to details. They gave us peace of mind, and I would highly recommend.

Willis came around 9:30 pm to work for a hour to fix my AC. He is honest and professional. His price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Willis installed a new geothermal unit in the home I purchased. It has never worked properly. Calls and internet contacts to Willis remain unanswered. Its looking like I will have to completely removed this equipment and install a conventional system.

Finding a trustworthy HVAC service company is a challenge, unless you work with Willis. As other reviews have said: honest, fair, trustworthy, reliable.

Willis saves us every time, I can always count on him to call me back and come out when needed. He is professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He is our go to for all things HVAC.
