They gave me options and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything. They were patient and listened to all my questions. Josh was the most professional and compassionate technician I've ever met. He walked me through every process and explained everything. I love to learn so it was cool. I would definitely recommend this company and especially technician Josh for any HVAC needs. They were a life safer and Angel's sent from God. Sorry cant sleep just got through reading the Book of Job which literally feels like my life. When Josh got ihere i admit I broke down explaining what's going on. I'll be brief but wife assaulted me with deadly weapon 3 months ago then a month after that assaulted me again the very next day made false accusations to CPS about our child she abandoned with me, Has not helped me with my daughter financially since then. Josh tried everything in his power to fix the problem and to give me hope. With my luck it didn't work. My problem is way out of my budget because im on social security disability for getting shot at work. And my daughter birthday is this coming Thursday. Josh was so comforting in letting me know im not the only one struggling. Josh is a true Christian and I personally prayed for him and the Copelend Corporation. Once im able to afford what I need they will be my HVAC company for life. Thank yall so much

Great professional service, it was 106 today and we were without ac for half the day. Copeland was here quickly and repaired it in about 30 min.

Shelby is awesome. He took the time and listened to our situation and found us the best solution without breaking the bank... He called his boss while on speaker and they both helped find a solution quick and scheduled to come back out early the next day to start the work. He also loved our dog Maggie.

I messaged late on a Saturday evening and had a tech at my home at 10AM on Sunday.

Josh was very upfront and had honest conversations with me about what the issue are. He identified a warranty repair, but got me up and running until the part is available - this after 6 weeks without AC in my upstairs bedrooms, and trying to work with two other HVAC companies.

I felt very comfortable signing up for a service membership with Copelands after this visit!

Xayne and Damian were awesome. They had to not only switch out an old hot water heater that was left by the previous vendor but replace the existing one. Xayne was great with communicating and letting me know what would be done every step of the way. I appreciate his patience and kindness in dealing with a difficult and frustrating situation. Both men were very professional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing a repair job.

Santiago was awesome. He came out to take a look at our water heater and was super friendly and easy to talk to. He let us know the system still has some life in it, and that the basic maintenance I’ve been doing is actually helping. He didn’t charge anything for the visit since everything looked good, which I really appreciated.

We’re the kind of people who like to plan and budget ahead (not big on financing if we can avoid it), and he totally respected that. He gave us quotes for both a standard 50-gallon replacement and a tankless option, and walked us through the pros and cons of each—no sales pressure at all, just solid info.

And just to top it off, he handed my kid a little rubber duck before he left. It was such a small thing, but honestly made the visit feel even more genuine.

If you need someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t try to upsell you, Santiago’s your guy.

Had another amazing service from Copeland Home Services. Santiago and his crew were top professionals and did an amazing job! From the quick fix on the toilet, 2 faucet installations and a lateral line replacement - they do it all! Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!

Shelby came out and checked out the issues we were having the our AC. He gave us an honest rundown - 2 separate issues - as well as a quote and payment options. They got the work scheduled quickly for tomorrow morning. So far, the customer service has been great.

My Home warranty sent this company (formerly operating under a different business name First American Plumbing ) to install a water heater, and it turned into a nightmare. The initial installation was done incorrectly, causing a gas leak—a serious safety hazard that could have endangered my entire household. We had to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake.
Fast forward a year, and we discovered they also installed the flow water stopper backwards, leading to leaks, rust, and further damage. It’s clear they either lacked basic plumbing knowledge or simply didn’t care.
To make matters worse, the company is no longer “in business”—they just changed their name and continue operating under a new identity. This feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability and bury their track record of negligence.
If you value your safety, your home, and your wallet, do not hire this plumber under any name. I wouldn’t trust them to fix a dripping faucet, let alone handle gas lines or water systems.

Shelby was fantastic! We had a small issue with our AC unit, and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. We really appreciated his help—highly recommend!

This initial issue began last year around August and I had Milestone Plumbing to come out and replace the faucet. A few months later, the same issue occurred in January and water started leaking under the sink. I called Milestone and the technician came out, and told me the dripping water started because of the way I washed dishes. Over the weekend (March 10, 2023) water was dripping underneath the sink again. 😩

I was referred to First American via American Home Shield regarding my sink dripping issue. Santos and team came this afternoon to review the issue; and diagnosed the issue immediately. Luckily I didn’t have to pay for the part and only the initial service fee. Within an hour, I had my issue resolved. Hands down First American is the best!! Five stars all the way 😊. Thank you for sending your technician Xayne to our house to fix a non draining sink. He was professional and courteous. He did a fantastic job finding out what the problem was.

The condensation drain tube from the A/C unit was drawing to just under our sink. Which is what it’s supposed to do, but unfortunately, there was a clog in the pipe behind the wall apparently. So, the sink was needing to be “bailed out” about 5 times a day.

Xayne fixed it extremely fast and I’m happy to say I’m not “bailing” water anymore.
