Santiago and Zayne made the start of my spring break less stressful! My water heater went out and they came and attempted to fix my old one but it was beyond repair. I appreciated that they explained all of my options and wasn't tired of me " hovering" over them with questions🙄🤷🏽‍♀️. In the end, I needed a new one and they installed it quickly and same day! They were friendly, fast, and efficient! I'd MOST DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs their services! Thank you for your time and patience!

Samuel did an excellent job installing our HVAC system. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made the process easy. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend him!

Want to give a big shout out to Matt and his crew at 1st American Plumbing. Have come to my rescue twice now.

First time was back in May of 2010. Had called a HVAC repair man for a clogged drain line that went to an upstairs sink. HVAC repair man cleared drain line but caused upstairs sink drain to clog up. After a few attempts to unclog the sink drain the HVAC repair man left and said I would need to call a plumber. This was already late in evening and the sink was filling up constantly due to AC condensation on a humid day. A friend recommended Matt and came to the rescue.

After they arrived they attempted to unclog the sink drain pipe. The clog was pretty stubborn unfortunately and the bad design on upstairs sink pipes didn’t help. They ended up having to remove the big mirror in the bathroom and open the wall to get to plumbing. Once open they got it unclogged and put everything back like nothing happened. Totally saved the day.

Second time was just recently. Wife noticed water flowing by water shutoff. 1st American Plumbing to the rescue. What was initially believed to be a water leak later turned out to be a sewage line backup. 1st American Plumbing was able to clean out the line and discovered the issue was a sewage pipe break on the city connection to home line. City confirmed and fixed. Thank you 1st American Plumbing. Definitely will be calling again if needed and highly recommend them to anybody else.

Not only was Josh on time, he was early!
In today’s world, that is unheard of. Service was top notch and Josh M. was the best. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient! I highly recommend Copeland Home services.

Xayne And Kane were incredibly professional and efficient plumbers. They were able to fix the issue and communicate what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. I was able to understand the changes to system from a homeowner perspective, even though I know nothing about plumbing. I appreciate their communication and efficiency and recommend them for anyone needing plumbing services.

I want to start by saying that Jordan T. my tech for HVAC and Xayne my Tech for plumbing was absolutely the most professional 24 year olds I have been blessed to encounter in a long time. they could have easily made me feel like I should have known better in the care for my systems but no they were warm and caring at every step of the process. I will also purchased the Yeti Club membership because of them!

First American Plumbing provided the absolute best service and professionals I have ever come to my home.

What an amazing company! Santiago is profession, polite, on time, well-spoken and driven do get the job done. I asked for a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and two new commodes for both bathrooms. He gave me suggestions and let me choose what I wanted.

In order to complete the job in the same afternoon, he asked if he could bring a second plumber to help install the items to Which I said “yes”.

Santiago gave me an estimate which was within my budget, picked up the items from the store and together with Matt completed the installation, removed the old commodes, sink and garbage disposal and left all three rooms spotless. That’s the kind of service I love to report. First American Plumbing is well with your investment. The best I have the privilege to have in my home in over 35 years of home ownership.

Copeland Heating and Air is the BEST company in all of Texas, I had the most amazing young man Josh Lytle come out as my room was freezing compared to the rest of the house, he was prompt, VERY knowledgeable and got right to getting me heat in my room, explained everything to me so I could understand, Brandon Copeland you have an awesome company and every person that’s ever come to my house has been beyond professional but Josh Lytle is the bomb! I will request him anytime I need help. Thank You for being the best. Josh keep up the great work.
