Most recently, Josh L. came out for a routine AC maintenance visit and exceeded expectations. He was prompt, thorough, and clearly knew his stuff. Maybe best of all, he explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Experiences like this are exactly why I trust Copeland and recommend them without hesitation.

Julius recently came by my home to take a look at my compressor, which had been acting up. From the start, he was punctual, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He approached the issue methodically, explained what he was doing as he worked, and diagnosed the problem efficiently.

What stood out most was his transparency—he didn’t rush to suggest unnecessary repairs or replacements. Instead, he provided a clear explanation of what was wrong, potential causes, and what next steps would be most practical.

Although this was a brief interaction, Julius demonstrated professionalism and technical skill. If this visit was representative of his overall work ethic, I believe he will be a valuable asset to his company.

Our water heater stopped working randomly over the weekend & after 3 days of cold showers, we called to have someone come check it out after hours. Xayne & Damian came out, fixed the issue quickly, & even stayed to make sure we had hot water in different areas of the house. They were so kind & professional - we’ll definitely be asking for them again!

With the Texas heat in full force, our AC decided to quit at the worst possible time. We called Copeland Heating & Air Conditioning, and they sent out Alex—hands down one of the best technicians we've ever worked with.

Alex was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also honest and upfront about what needed to be done. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the parts ready, and got our system running again in no time.

What really stood out was how clean and respectful he was while working in our home. He wore covers over his boots, laid down a mat for his tools, and left everything spotless when he finished.

Thanks to Alex, we're cool and comfortable again. Would definitely recommend him to everyone!!

Santiago has been to our house twice so far and he’s always been great to work with. He helped install our whole house water filter (which we love!) and flushed out our water heater. He is always professional and knowledgeable.

Josh was absolutely amazing hands down! He answered all my questions and told me exactly what I needed replaced in my home regarding my AC issues. He was so amazing, I just had to sign up for a membership with this company. I’ve had AC issues for the past 2 years and have had at least 2-3 companies come out to diagnose the issue. Neither company could tell me exactly what the issue was but would charge me to come out to act like they knew what they were doing. Josh with Copeland Heating knew exactly what he was doing and was not trying to get over on me, just throwing out prices. Very honest and genuine company! 10 out of 10!

Update to add another review: Xayne and Damian were also amazing! Very professional, polite, friendly and honest men. I thank God for allowing me to find this company, they have been nothing but the absolute best! I need to have a word with the owner in person lol, to let them know how much I truly love their company.

They came out to my home diagnosed.Two air conditioning units for me. There were both mini split systems. They were very honest with their recommendations. When I asked them what I owe them, they told me their service was free of charge.
A free of charge service call two technicians.Two trucks is unheard of in this day and time.
I highly recommend them for their honesty, punctuality, cleanliness and professionalism.
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Shelby and Damien were great as usual with all of Copeland's employees.
Shelby has provided service at our home before. I request him if he is available. As always he explains everything and is extremely courteous. We have had a service contract with Copeland for a while and have been very pleased.
Mr Copeland must inspire his employees as they are all very helpful from the people who answer the phone to their service techs.

Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also left everything spotless — which, honestly, says a lot about his professionalism.
