We have used Watermark Plumbing twice. Both times the pros knew what the issue was and fixed it.
1st time was for a leak near the water meter. Turned out the connection to the sprinkler system failed. Jason and his helper dug the hole, found and repaired the leak. Then returned the next day to make sure it was good to go. The explanation of what had happened and what they did was clear. For the amount of time two men spent on this, the charge was more to my side.
2nd time was to install a replacement faucet (after this user's error in attempting to fix a minor issue, turned into a major one). Brian was on time and worked quickly to complete the work. Then spent the time to explain what to watch for if there was any future issues. On his own, looked at a bathroom stopper not working and Bam! fixed it in a minute.
I cannot recommend Watermark highly enough. They are thoroughly professional and have an excellent system to keep you up to date about appointments.

Watermark, responded the same day. Mark was polite and quickly showed me my options and provided cost information. They worked quickly and installed a new kitchen faucet. The kitchen sink is a bit old and I know it was a difficult install. They worked doggedly and left everything clean and a great new faucet. I have used them before and would highly recommend.

Watermark Plumbing answered my emergency call and unclogged my kitchen sink drain. They also noticed the interesting drainpipe connections and water pipe connections under the sink. They did a redo replacing a complicated system with a new simple configuration removing a problem that was just waiting to happen. They even cleaned-up before leaving.
I recommend Watermark Plumbing to anyone in need of a good plumber.

They dispatched a plumber on June 8. He didn't find any leaks and said a calking in shower was the problem. We paid him $125 for diagnosis..no repairs made
Leaks continued and we asked plumber to return and fix the leak. The technician asked for another $230 to pay for diagnosis.. and we told him that the fix the leak since diagnosis was not required anymore. Their owner insisted to pay for diagnosis.. over and above for repairs.

I wasn't willing to pay twice for "diagnosed" and the plumber did not agree to perform..

This is a SCAMMER. No homeowner would pay twice for diagnosis..

I will not call this company. Byers beware!

I had a leak and they opened up my walls and stated it was my washing machine supply line. They said they couldn’t fix it today and it would have to leak continually Saturday and Sunday, and they would come back Monday. I paid him and he left.
Didn’t make sense to me so I called another company and they found the issue was with the toilet supply line and they had the leak stopped within 20 minutes of entering my home.
I called Watermark and asked for a call back twice and they never got back to me. A business that collects your money, makes a mistake, and then doesn’t return your calls after is a huge red flag. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Scheduler was very friendly on the phone, and they were able to send someone out the same day. The plumber that came was friendly and got the issue resolved easily. On time and professional.
Pricing was higher than I anticipated ($400 for a kitchen sink drain clean out), but I thought the same thing about the last plumber that worked on our house, so maybe that is on par with industry pricing.
We would use Watermark again because they were easy to work with and timely.

I bought a new toilet from Home Depot and even though they offer an install service I wanted to use a professional plumber and get the job done right the first time. I have had some bad luck in the past with installers. And I am glad I hired a real plumber this time!

I called Watermark and after having a great conversation over the phone with them answering all of my questions, they sent Michael out to install the toilet on the same day.

Michael was super friendly and I could tell knew his stuff very well. He even explained why building codes had changed and how the new toilets had improved over the last few years.

In the end it looks great and works great and I can't say enough great things about Michael and Watermark. You won't regret using them!

Jason was here to replace a kitchen faucet. He was great! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. He informed me of the price upfront and quickly replaced the faucet. We discussed another issue and he advised me to contact Moen for a replacement part, as their products have a lifetime guarantee.
I have used Watermark Plumbing in the past, and will continue to do so!

I love Watermark Plumbing. I have used them once before and so far they have been consistently AWESOME. Both times they came out very quickly. VERY professional. Right after I called for an appointment I received an email with the details of the appointment. The next morning I had a text that gave me a picture and biography of the plumber coming out. The plumber, Bryan, gave me a call a few moments before coming to let me know he was coming and when to expect him. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I am very pleased with the job he did for me. We didn't really have a repair issue this time, they came out to do the annual service on our tankless water heater. (Until a few days ago I didn't even know they needed annual service) He even pointed out to me that our Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. That was a fact that I was not aware of and that our builder had not told us about. I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing

I've used Watermark several times. They often come the same day, their prices are fair, their repairmen are knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help. In fact, sometimes they do not charge if it's a simple fix that I can do myself. I have used other plumbers in the past, but they were no where near as good as this company. Truly, they are wonderful.

Watermark was able to help me when my water heater was leaking. Brian came very quickly after my call in. He's friendly and personable and explained everything to me all the while being patient while I was trying to figure out the best way to pay. He replaced my water heater in a timely manner and back to having some hot water again. I'm thankful for them making this experience a very good one. I would definitely recommend others to call them for their plumbing needs.

They owe me $2700+ and now are not returning my calls. I paid for half the service up front and didn’t end up going with them, because the leak was detected incorrectly the service wasn’t performed. Nothing at fault of mine. Not returning my calls because you owe money is a pretty shady business practice.

Jason and team were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, very knowledgeable, explained everything to make sure we understand what was happening. They are clearly passionate about what they do.

One of the toilets we ordered from a home improvement store arrived with a seat that had scratches all over the lid. I shrugged it off because I was just happy to have a working toilet again. Jason was so committed to making sure we did not have any issues. He called the manufacturer and
advocated for us. The manufacturer sent a new seat at no cost to us. Keep in mind, we ordered the toilet from a third party. Jason only called on our behalf because he wanted everything to be perfect for us.

We will definitely call Watermark Plumbing for any plumbing needs we have and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Jason and his co-worker went above and beyond and fixed the issue - as usual. The professionalism, quick diagnostics , clear communication including estimates, being cordial and nice - that’s what boils down to excellent service. Worth every penny.

Did an excellent job of installing a backup water heater. Michael was very courteous explain the whole process and also got this done in a very short time. We had guests over the Memorial Day weekend, and we're worried if you could get it done before then. But the process was straightforward and was done in a very clean manner. Of course it's just being a couple of days and so far so good, so I'm hoping that everything will work out. They do have a 2-year labor and parts warranty in addition to the manufacturer as well

Watermark Plumbing and Bryan that did the work for us are both FANTASTIC. We had moderate plumbing crisis in terms of urgency, and a major crisis in terms of scale and severity: ALL the sewer and drainage in the HOUSE was backing up. Toilets, sinks, bath tubs, ALL OF IT. Watermark sent Bryan out that evening, and he examined the pipes and snaked them with every attachment to determine the issue was bigger than that. He asked if I'd like a camera diagnostic done, and I gave the go ahead.

They sent me a copy of the video along with the PDF of the itemized quote in addition to discussing the work and costs associated, and they sent me PDF receipts with photos of the work phases as well. I have a complete set of documentation through and through. We had a sheared off sewer out line with roots growing in part of it about 24" inside the curb. The Watermark office was wonderful to talk to as well, kept us updated on schedule and on the city permitting process (that they took care of for me as part of the job tasks!!) and even called and chased the City for us after the repair when they "forgot" to let anyone know the work done had been approved for re-burial in our yard!

Their pricing was super reasonable. For all the work we had done, the quality of the repair and the fact that you can't even tell they dug up a four foot deep pit in my yard AT ALL, the cost was $1500 LESS than I expected to pay. I used to sell plumbing, and I was there for my dad getting a couple of major plumbing repairs on this house over the years. This could have been a horror story and a half. I can't say enough how nice it was to work with them as a service provider on the whole, especially for plumbing work. Up front, clear, and very friendly and patient with my mom and with my ridiculous schedule, especially dealing with the City of C********* which can be the most frustrating experience known to man. I definitely recommend them.

I attached the images they sent me of the severed line and the beautiful repair that Bryan did. He takes pride in his work, even when it's going to be buried again immediately. Thank you to Bryan and Watermark Plumbing for a great job and wonderful experience!

We had Bryan out to replace one of our toilets and replace external spigot with a shutoff valve. We also purchased the toilet from Watermark to have a better quality one. The work was excellent and quite clean. (The outdoor picture was taken after it started raining)

They get you to pay upfront and they never complete the job. Still waiting for 3 months for watermark plumbing to finish the job, or give me at least a partial refund. They have missed many appointments to make it right, and keep promising to call me back. DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETE, OR YOU WILL PROBABLY END UP BEGGING FOR YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN THEY LEAVE YOU WITH A LARGE HOLE IN YOUR FOUNDATION, and no one willing to finish what they started.
***update*** I was able to secure a partial refund once my bank fought for what I paid for to be completed or refunded.

We woke up yesterday to a clogged bathroom sink and a slow leak under the sink. We called Watermark because of good past experiences with them. Jason arrived on schedule and fixed the problem. We also had him swap out the valves under our sinks with higher quality valves. We are very pleased with the service we have received from Watermark.

Prompt, effecient, excellent customer service and workmanship. Will definitely call Watermark again for our next plumbing issue.

I contacted three different plumbing companies and Watermark is the only one that responded immediately. Michael was at my home within an hour to determine the problem with my leaking water heater. The other plumbing companies could not get to me for another 3 days. Watermark replaced both of my water heaters, in my attic, the following day. I found them to be very professional and up front about the whole process. Highly recommended.
