Reviews of local pros in Hebron, Texas

I first contacted Watermark to come out to repair my toilet shut off valve, as it was difficult to turn by hand and therefore I couldn’t fix the flushing mechanism in my toilet. Michael came out with his associate and not only quickly repaired the shut off valve, he also changed out the entire flushing mechanism inside the toilet. On his way out, I asked him to look at the guest bathroom toilet that was rocking back and forth. He pulled the toilet and found that the sewer pipe was corroded and leaking sewage into the floor. This turned into a major project for Watermark, as they had to return multiple times over the ensuing weeks to jackhammer away the concrete, expose the sewage pipe, replace with a new pipe, pour new concrete, and then finally reattach the toilet.
Throughout this process, Michael and his associates returned in a timely manner and completed the work with diligence and care. I was impressed at how much he went above and beyond for this project. Although I paid upfront, it did not cause any issues with the timeliness of completing the work, as other reviews have stated. It’s unfortunate that all the recent reviews for this company are poor, as I do not have anything poor to say of the company. The only downside I can tell is that they are currently having an answering service field their calls, which I think has caused much of the communication suffering. But the quality of the work and the friendliness and professionalism of the plumbers were all top notch to me. Thank you, Michael, for all your hard work and dedication.

My husband and I were impressed with Jason’s knowledge and professionalism. We asked him to flush our water heaters and check them for possible replacement or repairs. Will definitely request him again in the future.

I’ve used Watermark Plumbing for years, starting right after all the local companies got gobbled up by national firms that try to do everything (plumbing, electric, ac). Watermark is still locally owned. The same guys show up every time I call. I feel like I have my own personal plumber. They are dependable, professional and reasonable.

I’ve used watermark about 3 times now. Each time they were quick to schedule and arrived promptly. They’ve done a great job and even gave me tips on how to fix a problem in the future instead of calling them to save myself some money. Will continue to use them

Jason did an excellent job of installing a touch activated kitchen faucet for us. He also suggested a more convenient switch arrangement for the disposal which we were not aware was possible. During installation, Jason discovered a faucet part was defective and allowed a small leak. He stopped, went to the store and got the replacement part and installed it. We love the new faucet and disposal operation.

We’ve used Watermark Plumbing multiple times now, for a full water heater replacement and several other plumbing repairs. Every single experience has been outstanding.

Jason and Peter are truly top-notch. They’re always on time, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what was needed and making sure everything was done right the first time. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only skilled, but also trustworthy and respectful of your home.

Plumbing issues can be stressful, but Watermark truly takes that stress off your plate. It’s such a relief knowing you can call a company that shows up, knows exactly what they’re doing, and treats you like more than just another job. We’ll absolutely continue using them and would confidently recommend them to friends, family, and anyone looking for a plumber they can trust.

We had an emergency plumbing need today and called Watermark Plumbing who sent Jason to us. He was outstanding. He identified our issue and quickly fixed it. He was very personable in addition to being a great technician. We know who to call for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend Jason with Watermark Plumbing.

Watermark Plumbing does such an excellent job for us! Always on time or early, sends verification on who will be coming, returns calls promptly, and fair prices! We have so enjoyed our plumber, Jason and also, Peter today! Jason is trustworthy and always nice and efficient! Peter, who I met today, was friendly and polite! When I say that I trust them, it’s really a big deal! Thank you and happy I found a great plumbing company!
