Isaiah was detailed and profesional. Came and did our lawn treatment per schedule.

I have been using Emerald since May of this year, normally their system will send you a notification when you are scheduled, I didn't receive a notification 2 times resulting in a delay in service. This most recent time, a technician showed up but could not perform the service due to my gates being locked, and was charged for the service, I contacted the office 2 different times and was told, the manager would contact me, no call, and just got a notification they are scheduled to go out tomorrow. Without even calling back to address the payment issue. frustrating & Unprofessional if you ask me.

"D" is a knowledgeable professional that works for Emerald Lawns. Since we started 4 months ago with Emerald Lawns, our trees, shrubs and lawn look beautiful. Before that, the yard was full of weeds and looked hopeless, as did the tree's and shrubs. The services are top quality.

Great service! I had asked Adam to hold off lawn treatment last week when we had lots of rain, and then contacted him after all the rains that I'd like him to come. He responded and came within 1/2 hour of my text. Very impressed with this kind of service!! Great person to have on your team!! Thank you, Tom

Emerald lawns is amazing and their technicians are great too. Elysia treated my yard today and was great. All of their technicians always do a great job.

Most of the lawn looks okay for a drought area. However, the front sides of the house could use a bit more help though.

Philip was friendly and professional, which has been my experience with all the Emerald Lawns techs. Even our dog liked him, and that is quite rare! 😉

Excellent service! Our lawn is the best looking on our street. We do our own mowing and edging, but what really makes the difference is what Emerald Lawns offers for feeding the lawn and keeping it healthy.

In January 2024 I used Emerald Sprinklers to repair a small leak in the photo shown below. They offered a free estimate. I had high hopes that they would be priced like everyone else. But they were not. They charged me $375 for a repair that took 40 minutes, I will never use these price gougers again

Had for about 6 months. If you already have a nice lawn it might be a helpful service to maintain it. If your lawn is mostly weeds and you are trying to attain a nice lawn it is not helpful and the salesman at this company and all the others will tell you they can get your lawn to look like a PGA course. The salesman Trevor told me that the weeds would die and healthy grass would fill in within a few months with their service. After letting them know it wasn't working even though we were mowing and watering consistently they said that we should seed or install sod which if I knew I was going to have to do that anyway I would of never hired them. The lawn looks worse and the salesman Trevor lied and gave unrealistic expectations. It did kill the weeds somewhat but you could do that yourself at a fraction of the cost.

I do not recommend their services; they are overpriced, and when they come by for ‘spray,’ it only lasts two to three minutes. We have not seen any results from their ‘services’. I contacted their office and obviously, they don't understand the meaning of ‘NO’ we are extremely disappointed with them and want to stop their phone calls and text messages.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Emerald Lawns. Our experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

Firstly, the company attempted to charge us twice for work that was not completed. The technician reported that the gate was locked, which was untrue as we were home and specifically discussed with him that having one gate locked wouldn't be an issue. He assured us it was fine, then proceeded to spray only the front yard and left without doing the back.

When we contacted the company, they rescheduled to complete the service, which should have been done initially. The technician had the opportunity to do the back yard but chose not to. As a result, our lawn is turning more brown, despite the company's claim that their spray promotes drought resistance. In reality, it's just an upsell that doesn't work.

Furthermore, the product they use to eliminate weeds is ineffective. Our yard is now overrun with weeds, and the fertilizer they applied has done nothing to address the problem.

To make matters worse, when I called the company to speak to a manager about these issues, my calls were ignored. It is clear that management does not care about their customers. If they can't be bothered to return a call, it shows how little they value their clients.

Overall, I am very unhappy with Emerald Lawns and would not recommend their services to anyone. They provide subpar products, incomplete services, and have poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your lawn care needs.

This business is very customer oriented. They are very friendly, good telephone customer service and the service technicians take their time to do the work correctly. They will accommodate your schedule and will delay service if you need to skip a service because of financial issues or other reasons. You do not have to sign a year contract to get their service.

I like when I'm expecting someone abd they knock and let me know they are here. He always does that. He is also very nice and does a great job. Thank you

This company is extremely unprofessional. It is February 4th and I still have not yet gotten my christmas lights taken down even though I was promised that they would be taken down and now I am receiving letters from my HOA that I will be fined.

Stay away! The company will take little to no accountability for poor results. Emerald lawns serviced my lawn for 4 months with no improvement. I understand results will not be overnight, but I would at least expect my lawn to be trending in the right direction. They canceled my account promptly on request but the resolution agent was very defensive and quickly refused a paltry $71.00 refund for the last visit and even had the resolve to accuse me of not mowing frequently enough, ect. We mow at a height of 2 inches as often as possible and water within the confines of stage 2 water restrictions. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Ivan came by and sprayed my yard. He answered all questions. My only concern is that I was not given a shorter (more narrow) time window of when he would arrive. That is my only concern.
