I love this as long as they have a caring person taking care of the plants. Not so happy when I find dry, dying plants and they tell me we water twice a day.

Quick and efficient service. After treatment, he gave me some advice on how to improve my lawn and did a great job of cleaning up. Would definitely recommend.

Philip texted me when he was on the way to my house and gave an approximate time he would arrive. Unfortunately, I missed his text for the gate code. He had left, but said when he was finished with the house he was at he would return. Philip was very professional and provided great customer service.

I have heard wonderful reviews about Emerald Lawn and Adam came to my house for our 1st treatment yesterday. He was professional and answered my questions regarding the treatments to my lawn. Even after he had left, I was able to text him regarding the safety of when my pets could go back into the yard and he responded quickly to me. Appreciate Adam’s professionalism!

Philip was very professional & sent a text 45 minutes before his arrival. That was helpful so I could get the side gate unlocked. He also let me know about watering after the lawn treatment. Thanks, Philip!

First time using Emerald Lawns. They came out to Ararat and top dress my lawn. They were punctual and completed the service in about 90 minutes. Isaac let me know when he arrived and when he finished. Will have to circle back and let you know what my lawn looks like later this summer.

Day 1 with Emerald Lawns included treatment with fertilizer, weed killer, and grub killer. Adam provided a text notification that he was on his way and he arrived soon after. He completed the treatments in a timely and efficient manner. The next day I'm already seeing signs the weeds are not happy. Great Job!

Avoid Emerald Lawns – Deceitful, Overpriced, and Untrustworthy

I regret ever hiring Emerald Lawns for my lawn care needs. From start to finish, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. This company thrives on deceitful practices, poor customer service, and outrageous overcharging. If you’re considering using them, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Dishonest Practices & Hidden Fees
When I signed up for their service, I was given one price, only to later find hidden fees and unexplained charges on my bill. When I questioned them, I was met with excuses and runarounds. They conveniently "forgot" to mention extra charges for services I never even requested.

Terrible Customer Service
Calling their customer service is a complete waste of time. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to address any issues. They take forever to respond, and when they do, they dismiss complaints as if your concerns don’t matter. I even caught them making false claims about treatments they supposedly applied to my lawn—when in reality, nothing had been done.

Lack of Quality & Professionalism
For the amount they charge, you’d expect top-tier service. Instead, I received subpar work that made my lawn look worse than before. They show up late (if they show up at all), rush through jobs, and leave a mess behind. Their so-called “specialized treatments” had little to no effect, and my grass actually deteriorated under their care.

Better Alternatives in San Antonio
If you’re looking for a trustworthy lawn care company, DO NOT waste your time or money on Emerald Lawns. Instead, I highly recommend:

Just starting out with Emerald Lawns but so far so good. Our technician, Justin, was prompt, efficient and thorough. We are looking forward to continued exceptional service.

Same wasp nest has been looking at me for nearly three weeks. Can I remove it? Of course, but it's the principle, not to mention I am paying for a certain level of service. Contacted company three times and same response..."we'll get this done asap" and no one comes, nothing happens. Terrible service...not sure how this company gets so many good reviews. Too many good companies out there to be dealing with this.
