We had an emergency while painting one of our bedrooms today and we called ChemDry and they had Brandon out within the hour. We’re extremely pleased and impressed with his work! Gene did Great customer service which is a bit difficult to find these days, Michael did a great job explaining everything and going straight to work on the carpets. They came out great and will use them again in the future.

Dropped off an area rug to get cleaned, the staff and owner went above and beyond to make sure our rug was cleaned well and we were able to see a difference in color and vibrancy when we picked it up. We thought they were very timely and honest. They gave us reasonable prices. Their work was extensive and thorough and we plan to come back if we need another area rug cleaned.

Fantastic service for rug cleaning. I made a call to discuss bringing a large area rug to their shop for a deep clean and restoration. They made arrangements to pick up the same day! Saved me a trip and hassle of rolling up the 9x12 rug myself. I received updates on the progress during the cleaning, which took only a week! I wish I had a before photo to show the transformation. Highly recommend for carpet/rug cleaning.

Michael could not have been mote respectful carpets look like new and I had planned to replace. No need for that now. Eugene kept me informed and gave me a spot on estimate over the phone. Cannot say enough about this service and note I seldom write reviews.

Michael from Chem-Dry San Antonio did an incredible job cleaning my carpets as I was moving out of my apartment. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything clearly. The carpets look and smell great — far better than I expected. Highly recommend Chem-Dry and especially Michael for anyone needing reliable, high-quality cleaning.

We hired Chem-Dry to service an oversized chair that was in need of a real thorough cleaning. Joseph, the technician came out and did an outstanding job on revitalizing the worn and dingy appearance of the chair. Joseph was very professional, organized and excellent manners. We had our sectional sofa and chaise lounge professionally cleaned by Joseph, manager of Eugene’s Chem Dry company. Joseph thoroughly explained the work and the process of cleaning he was going to do. Exceeded our expectations. Will use again and ask specifically for Joseph!
The pricing may seem high but the quality of work and care was well worth the cost.

Michael did an excellent job on my husbands Lazy Boy recliner. It was extremely dirty. He was very thorough & efficient. Also very pleasant & polite. In fact I called the Lazy Boy store wondering if they offered a service. They said they refer everyone to Chem Dry. I’ve used them in the past when we had carpet because they could get all the pet urine up. They’d black light it before & after. I had them come about 2 months later to black light it to make certain. They found 1 spot & immediately was ready to rectify the issue. I told them no, a dog had recently had an accident there but I wanted to see if they found any old spots. That is the ONLY one that showed up. It DOES work!!! I really like this company.

Eugene gave us an honest estimate (no bait and switch pricing) and set a technician up the same day. I like the fact our carpets won’t be soaked for days but will dry within hours. We have used Chem- Dry before and were pleased. Joseph Moore, was prompt, curious and thorough. Joseph went back over the estimate at the same time explained what he would be doing and why. He completed the job timely and made sure it was to our satisfaction. We were very pleased.

Joseph and Eugene at Chem-Dry San Antonio were very efficient and did a great job with our carpet cleaning! Eugene was responsive and thorough when getting us scheduled, and they were able to get to our services very quickly too.
Joseph showed up on the scheduled day, and did a walkthrough and assessment of the areas before treating. We had some pungent pet urine on the upstairs carpet, in which I had tried steam cleaning myself with no luck. Joseph used a black light to find the exact spot, and had to treat it a couple times, but now it’s fresh and clean. Everything smells great! Thank you, Chem-Dry!
