I noticed these tiny bugs on my screens and windows I’ve never seen before so I used orange oil to get rid of them and it did until they returned shortly after. I called Apple Pest Control and I spoke with Bridgette describing these annoying bugs and she informed me of what they are ie springtails. I then made appointment that day and exterminator arrived we greeted one another his name is Corbin. Corbin enlightened and educated me regarding springtails they seek moisture and that we need a dead deep freeze to rid them (Texas ). Corbin used all natural spray and stated if you see them they spray upset them and if they are still around give us a call I don’t see but a few but rest are dead Corbin you are they man Corbin also informed me that the trees (live oak) are acidic which doesn’t allow grass to grow pit lime on it cut branches you will see your grass grow this is Truly customer service and you have my business You do get what you pay for great customer care professional care ease of mind the job will get done properly and professionally.Corbin resolved the springtails issue they are sprung for the last time. Used to use them when they have a sense of integrity but as of late, avoid this company like it’s a plague.

Had a pest problem on a rental property and said they could handle it without issue. Mind you, I don’t mind paying for services to ensure it’s done properly and efficiently.

To be charged over $300 initially and another $99 follow up to place ONE TRAP on the exterior of a property is mind baffling. Didn’t even offer to my tenant a solution to closing up the entry points for the critters getting in. According to my tenant, the technician was on site for less than 20 minutes and I was charged over $400.

I’d say I’m in the wrong industry with margins like that, but I have to look at myself in the mirror daily and wouldn’t be able to stomach ripping people off in such a way on a daily basis.

Do yourself a favor a pay a long lost sibling to handle your problems; it’ll be cheaper and you might make use of them later compared to this pest ridden company.

Ian was the technician who was on my service call today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything he did. He explained what he was going to do. We also had some great conversation about a couple of personal things.

Today we had our 3 month pest control service done, and I was so pleased with our service.
John Wisniewski was the best technician we've ever had. He was very professional and caring, he listened to our concerns and took care of our problems. I am requesting him for future services. Thank you John.

Terrible communication from the company. We have used them for about 4 years (we used to have amazing service with them NOT ANYMORE). August 25 we were over charged by 75 dollars, company said the area manager would contact us for the return as the office personal could not figure out how to give us our money back. They sure did take it the same day as any company would. 4 phone conversations ended with “chandler would call us back”. Still zero communication from him and we have not been refunded our money. Stinks to lose a company we used for so long. Would appreciate my refund as soon as possible. You have my address and phone number zero excuses for not contacting us.

I have been a loyal customer for few years. A week ago we noticed that our dog was bringing in fleas from the backyard. Apple already sprays for pest quarterly so I called them to inquire about the fleas. They quoted me $150-200 depending on what the technician said. When I asked them if they guaranteed their work they replied that yes they do and that if I still see them still I could call and they would spray. No one said anything about paying AGAIN in a week. When I called today to schedule my normal visit I asked about them spraying again for the fleas. She proceeded to tell me that it would be extra!! She did apologize for the mixup and not being clear but still refused to work with me. I called another company and was quoted less than I paid at Apple and they said they guarantee their price and come back again in two weeks for a follow up. Highly disappointed in Apple pest controls lack of customer service and transparency.

John from Apple Pest control came out to my home and he was fantastic. John took the time to understand the problem I was dealing with, adjusted my services to accommodate my issues, and even let me know of additional services I didn’t realize I needed. As a result, I was able to get those additional services and have peace of mind. He was a great technician and I hope I get him in the future.

Stan aka Stan the Man aka StANIMAL helped me remove a raccoon from my parents attic in Helotes. In addition to having some serious trapping skills, he's a seriously good dude. I really appreciate him going above and beyond and can't imagine a better person to handle your pest control needs.

I contacted Helotes Pools for the first time today. After requesting service from two other contracts who did not show up, I was pleasantly surprised at the absolutely wonderful customer service from Austin. He kept in contact, he worked me into his busy schedule, he called to let me know when he would arrive and did the best job of cleaning my pool that I have had in 14 years. I will never call another Pool company!

Austin was amazing! Superb communication skills. We had some storms on and off on our scheduled day to have our filter cleaned and he kept us up to date through the entire process. Won't be using anyone else! Helotes Pool Company for the win!

🤦‍♀️FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS.

I am so very disappointed with the response and follow up we have so far received. We did not receive a follow up call to my initial reaching out as promised, and so far we have been stood up waiting for a person to come out. A neighbor used Austin and we read so many positive things as well. I am disappointed we weren’t ‘important enough’ either for any follow thru. That’s a shame....

It’s okay to make mistakes; take responsibility and move on. Excuses are never beneficial to anyone. You want me to pretend that I’m leaving something untrue? I’m simply sharing my experience with your company. Perhaps it was in my best interest that we never started a work relationship in the first place.
