We have used Apple Pest Control for approximately the last six years and never had anything but an excellent experience. Great people in the office to get you scheduled and our favorite tech, Chandler, always handles our quarterly treatments with efficiency and some fun football conversation. In a time where it seems more difficult to get great service, Apple always delivers it.

We have used Apple Pest Control for several years, as have other family members. We have always had the best experiences, and they have always been open and honest with us. Most of the time they are early for their appointments, which is unlike most companies who show up in the last 5 minutes of the timeframe. We are always contacted about our quarterly service being due, and they have always been able to work around our schedule. I have had to reschedule a few times, and they are very courteous about rescheduling. Any bug issues we have had have been resolved quickly, and they will come back out to re-treat if need be. Chandler, our usual technician, is always friendly and efficient when he comes in our home.

Frank came to my home today and did a thorough job. He also took the time to explain how the treatment is designed to work. I have used Apple Pest Control for many years and am a happy customer.

Apple Pest Control is the best pest control company I have ever used! (And I have had several.) The owner, Stan Goodson, is straightforward and honest, and I really appreciate that, especially compared to my previous experiences. On top of that, our technician, Corban Bachman, cares about our house and yard being pest-free. He is professional and punctual, and super friendly and easy to work with. I am so happy I switched to Apple Pest Control! And so is my husband!

If you are having trouble with raccoons making their home in your attic call Mr Stan. He is awesome and so is his staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, kind and prompt. They remove them humanely and do it at a price that is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

I love how professional the team at Apple Pest Control were to my requests. They came out, sprayed the house for bugs on time, and left. Easy to work with and haven't had a bug problem since. Would highly recommend if you're having pest control issues.

Had our seasonal treatment performed by Frank and all was very good. Frank clarified the service, tended to his work and followed up shortly there after as I had to take a work conf call during his visit. Been with Apple for going on 10 years now over 3 local moves to different homes. I do recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Apple Pest Control in San Antonio. I was stung by a scorpion inside my home and had to go to the emergency room. Despite this serious incident, when I contacted the company to explain what had happened, the front desk person refused to take any responsibility and was extremely unprofessional—raising her voice and pushing for more services instead of listening or offering any real help.

This has been a pattern: every time we report a pest issue, we're told it's not covered and that we need to add more services. When a technician finally comes, all they do is quickly spray and leave—no inspection, no thorough treatment, and no concern for our safety.

I trusted this company to help keep my home safe, but instead I ended up in the ER. Their focus seems to be more on upselling than on solving problems or caring about customers. I absolutely do not recommend them.

I am writing a response to this above. After I posted my review, the manager personally called me to understand what went wrong. I truly appreciated this proactive approach. The very next day, they visited in person to discuss possible solutions—such as spraying inside the house again, treating the attic, and identifying potential scorpion nesting areas.

The technician who came out was respectful and explained everything clearly. I agreed to proceed with a perimeter treatment, and they generously offered me a discounted rate of $160 for a heavy-duty outdoor spray. According to them, this should significantly help with the scorpion issue, as well as other pests.

This mature and thoughtful response left a strong impression on me—it showed that Apple Pest Control genuinely cares. They also sincerely apologized for their behavior the previous day, which I appreciated.

I'm glad this situation ended with mutual satisfaction. Thank you for making things right.

This is our first time using Apple Pest Control. We loved how informative and helpful Jon was. He was very thorough and made sure to listen to all our needs to get rid of these ants!! His customer service was on point.

I really appreciate so much about Apple! They communicate well and are so professional. I had a beehive issue that required urgent treatment and they handled it very quickly and safely. Every technician I have had has been good. But, most recently, I’ve had Frank the last 3 times and Frank is always friendly, polite, efficient and effective. Thanks, Frank!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I acquired their services on 5/01/25 to remove birds and nesting from my three bathroom vents on the side of my home. (Stan) the tech quoted me $100 per vent and I agreed. When the job was done he charged me $357. + tax which came out to $386.45. I had to sign to process the payment. Just under three weeks later I heard birds in my upstairs bathroom again, and found that the birds broke through the screen that was supposed to be secured behind the vent to prevent re-entry. I called on 5/21/25 to notify them so someone can come fix the issue. They sent someone on 5/23/25 and stated that I did not need to be home. When I got home from work that day I checked my email and found that they charged my card without authorization or my signature. I immediately called and they said they would talk to management (Chandler) and get the situation resolved and I would get a phone call by the end of the day which I did not. I called the next day 5/24/25 and was told I would receive a refund and I still have not received a dime. It is now the night of 5/29/25. I had to dispute the charge with my bank which resulted in deactivating my debit card and now have to deal with updating my payment information on everything. They fraudulently charged my debit card for a job that was not done right the first time and refuse to issue a refund. It’s bad enough I got over charged for the first job!
Update: I received a response from them right away on my rating , yet they have not reached out to my phone number or email on file to resolve anything.

Apple Pest was recommended to us when we moved into town. After a 1 & 1/2 years of trusting this company with pest control for our home, I cannot recommend them enough!! Specifically, Chris our Pest guy is so personable, professional and always making sure we have no issues. Even when spraying our yard, he brought in our dogs water dish to make sure there was no contamination ❤️

When calling to schedule services, it’s always a breeze as the receptionist is friendly and clear when we set a date.

I’m not saying I never see a bug around our property - or even randomly inside our house - that would be a silly notion. But I take responsibility if my kids leave crumbs around or the state of my home (that I clean daily) We had an ant problem ONCE that Apple Pest took care of and never had that issue since.
