Michael with Chem-Dry was out today to clean my carpets. Micheal was very thorough with his cleaning of the carpets. His explanation was clear and professional. My carpets were throughly cleaned and looked like new. Chem-Dry will always have my business. I would recommend them very highly for professional carpet cleaning.

Amazing service, when Michael showed up and said I am the best at this, he meant it my home smelled amazing I own 3 English bulldogs that went trough potty training and had their fair share of accidents not only did he leave my carpet looking like when we bought our home but smelling better than ever. Pricing is great too, called around everyone wanted to gouge eyes out respectable, friendly, professional and fairly priced. Will definitely keep using them and recommend you do too.

Gene’s son, Brandon, was my technician. He was very respectful, accommodating and thorough! Brandon took one of my Oriental rugs back to their shop and cleaned it like new! Beautiful work! He also cleaned the carpet in my home, and came back to work on some stubborn spots in my carpet when he returned my oriental rug! They also cleaned the rug in half of the time that was originally due back home! That’s worthy of 5 stars to me!!

Within an hour Joseph gave us an estimate and we were able to scheduled the cleanup for the morning after. Again great results and recommend Joseph to anyone that have high quality expectations.

I'm very happy with services by Eugene and his crew, who kept me updated and then even helped me by getting a very large rug up the stairs and under a king size bed. It cost more than I was looking to pay but I'm the end it was worth the money. I would strongly recommend their services.

When I heard of their retirement, I was referred to Chem-Dry of San Antonio. From the outset, Eugene was exceptionally cordial and accommodating to my busy schedule. He promptly returned my call to finalize the appointment details.

Michael, the technician assigned to my service, was both KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT. His friendly demeanor and expertise ensured that my carpet cleaning needs were met with excellence!!! The results were truly impressive.
