I would like to show the world the quality of work done by CWC Renovation. The world needs to see before making the decision to hire or use this company, who charge quite a premium for their services.

They were contracted to work in my apartment due to a clogged AC vent pipe causing leaks that created mold in the unit. Their job: to come in, tear out the moldy sheet rock (floor to about 18 inches high) replace it, replace the base boards and restore the paint, texturing, etc. After the work was done, they were supposed to thoroughly clean up after themselves.

This apartment where I live is newly renovated, floor to ceiling. I had brand-new, freshly-laid laminate flooring. It was brand new. They laid it in my presence.

Take a look at the photos. The work is INCREDIBLY POOR quality, it was actually deemed "100% unacceptable" by our maintenance supervisor.

In the bathroom, the work was so substandard, the mold is actually growing back and bleeding through the paint.

Be sure to zoom in each photo to really get a feel for the quality and detail of CWC's work. All photos are the finished product.

Look what they did to my brand new, beautiful flooring.

They did poor, substandard work. They did not clean up after themselves. They would not lay down protective tape and as a result, absolutely ruined my beautiful new flooring, and they would not come back to make ANY of it right or fix anything.

Pay close attention. Zoom each photo. This is the quality of CWC's work. And everyone needs to see.

$25k+ Back patio was built and appeared very nice. The problem was I had the whole back patio surrounded by pavers and the pavers started cracking at three months , at 6 months , 1 year and here I said, and they will not honor any work a warranty work. It was installed without stabilize sand and they know the issue but will not admit their problem , answer txt or honor their work. They’re all buddy buddy when they want your business but after that you’re stuck like Chuck.
