From start to finish, the entire project was handled with professionalism, clear communication and amazing attention to detail. They stayed on schedule, kept the workspace clean, and made sure I was updated every step of the way. The quality of work exceeded my expectations- everything looks even better than I imagine. It’s not easy to find a contractor you can fully trust, but Danny absolutely delivered. I highly recommend The Trinity team for any remodel or construction project! If I could give this company 6 stars I would.

Trinity Construction remodeled and updated our 1950's ranch style home in Oak Forest. Danny Stewart and his crew were very easy to work with and very patient with the many changes that we that we made along the way. We wanted our kitchen, dining area, and den updated from the original 1950's look to a more modern and elegant style but still blending with the rest of our home. From the beautiful tile flooring, counter tops, custom cabinetry, and appliances in our kitchen to the beautiful shelving and cabinetry and French doors going out to the patio in our den, our home became the home of our dreams! Trinity was prompt, professional and finished our project as promised. We are so thankful for Danny Stewart and Trinity Construction for such a wonderful remodel experience which often times can be very stressful!

Trinity construction did a fabulous job on my home renovation. Danny is so professional, flexible, and kind. And his subs are top-notch! We are so pleased with our house!

Danny and his team at Trinity are a delight to work with. They are honest and I never felt nervous about having them in my home or around my children. My children literally asked when they were coming back for months after our renovation because they felt like part of our family. They go above and beyond to make your vision come true! We have used them for two major renovations (interior and exterior) and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They pay 2% commission to Realtor Agents, not worth it to show your clients Lennar Houses.

It's pretty well organized, but you really don't get a whole lot of options. The people are pretty knowledgeable, but the binders for your neighborhood aren't always accurate.

Do not buy a Lennar house. We’ve had a horrible experience with them. Please research fully before buying new builds.

Horrible builder. Was buying a house unfortunately got laid off and lennar just said oh well thanks for the Ernest money. And the kept it. DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR

Delaney Cove lennar mortage is horrible Josh Blake is the lender he is horrible he is prequalifying clients then two weeks prior to closing they are telling them they are not approved if you want your clients to be homeless then take them here horrible!!!

Home has a plethora of design flaws, mortgage company is a mess and title isn’t any better. Would never recommend using Lennar to build your home.
