This place is like Disneyland for home buyers! Great selections and the folks there Sally and Paula just to name the two I can remember names for really helped us choose our options for our new home.

I had not experienced such horrible, unprofessional mannerisms like this specially by most of that team. Measie from title and Emily from sales. The construction manager Gary and Fatima were lovely. Only reason a two star was given. I’ve bought houses since I was 19 years old.

Beware if you buy a Lennar smart home with a Ruckus wireless mesh (it works incredible until it doesn't and comes in most smart homes) Ruckus will not support you. You can not call anyone or get technical support. They only send you to a forum and tell you to search it for troubleshooting. Hardly anyone responds to questions and they make it impossible to get any replacement parts even though Lennar says they are under warranty. Just be warned.

If I may offer my perspective, I would like to share my experience with the lennar company. I had an expected moving date of September 25th, but upon reviewing the home with my husband, we discovered that the house was not fully completed. Additionally, there were watermarks and signs of water damage on the property. I brought these concerns to the attention of the company's representative, expressing my discomfort with purchasing the house under these conditions. Their response was that they had a warranty for any issues, but I maintained that this should not be the primary consideration. The necessary repairs should have been completed to ensure our comfort and satisfaction as potential buyers. Consequently, my husband and I made the decision not to proceed with the purchase. It is important to note that we were only in the pre-approval stage of the process and had not yet signed a final contract. Despite this, the company was reluctant to return our earnest money. Upon reviewing the contract, we found no specific mention of withholding the earnest money in the_ event of cancellation during the pre-approval stage. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against doing business with the lennar company. Their corporate office was of no assistance, and their Their focus seemed to be more on financial gain. Then customer service experience.

bad quality. High prices for such properties. Closing costs with a lot of junk charges. High interest rates…

Worst customer service!!! Dishwasher never worked, still doesn't, and my pregnant daughter is about to pop. Noone cares. What kind of business is run like this??? House was paid for with cash. And two months later- ignored. Who is in charge of this place???? Don't buy from them if you expect them to stand by thier work and customer care responsibilities. Won't happen!!!

Lennar is the absolute worst! My home was built 4 years ago and I've since then had multiple issues with my AC. This time no matter what I set my unit temperature on my house just wouldn't get cold, so I thought it was because my ducts needed cleaning long story short I reached out to a cleaning crew they came and discovered that my unit is leaking because my AC wasn't properly installed. Stephanie with Lennar reached out to me both her and the HVAC guy came to my house, the guy noticed the same thing Stephanie stated it's my fault because maybe the people who discovered this first done something and the Lennar wasn't going to do anything about this. This is complete bullshit cleaning my air ducts had nothing to do with my house not cooling for more than a month. Then the HVAC guy said Lennar puts these small units on our homes that can't go pass 75°, even the HVAC guy says Lennar is a horrible company. So since Stephanie and Lennar are refusing to do anything about this I'm seeking legal actions against the company.

Did not actually go inside this business but needed a physical address to upload the pics I took of the beautiful mini-park area across the street from it. There is no name for the park area but it has a nice walking area for your dog and a sitting spot when weary. It does have the dedication plaque of a steel made Joshua Tree. The exact location is in the median on Greens Pkwy near Greens Rd.

Huge shoutout to Terica Loyd and her team member! I officially closed on my Lennar home today—even after a week’s delay due to funding, she stayed calm and supportive throughout. Terica was amazing: polite, helpful, super informative, and always focused on solutions. She really went the extra mile. Thank you guys for all your help!

Had issue with floor in hallway. Lennar sent out a flooring company
to repair the area in question. After the new flooring was installed, it was noticed that the flooring did not match what was ordinally put in. My wife and I have dealt with this issue for months now and all we seem to get is the run around. After purchasing the home, it was discovered that there was no additional flooring left as well as left over bricks. The excuse for the brick issue is they used them at another work site. In closing, treat all customers the same and don't take material meant for my home and use it else were. Sincerely, unsatisfied homeowner.

I bought my house from Lennar four and a half years ago. I absolutely love my house and how everything, like they said, came with it. I've had almost no problems with my house except my driveway. For some reason when the concrete company poured my driveway there was iron ore rocks in it and my driveway ended up having tons of crazy rust staines on it and holes in it. It was such an eye sore. All my neighbors and people that would come up to my house and see my driveway would say they've never seen anything like it before, so I was worried that eventually my homeowners association would ask me to fix it and I don't have the time or the money to do it. I wrote an email to corporate and I was very surprised to see that they responded. Corey, I believe the operations VP called me and said it had been almost five years but he would send somebody to look at it. Mystic, one of the reps came out and looked at my driveway and said same thing, she had never seen anything like it before, so they had the concrete guy come out and they actually fixed my driveway and it looks absolutely amazing. I'm really so grateful to Lennar for standing behind their product and I really want to thank Cory and Mystic, they have been absolutely fantastic.

So Lennar is building in my neighborhood. They and the developers refuse to fix the erosion and the damage that they’ve done very close to my fence. Everyone is shifting blame. We had a big rain storm yesterday and the day before which has caused the erosion to be much worse. A few weeks ago they were digging again, which I don’t understand why they dug so far. I have had no one reach out to me to see what the corrective action would be, and when I call the corporate office, they give me the runaround and the construction manager’s number and they do nothing also. The pictures are from yesterday, July 13, 2025. I have filed a civil police report and I will be consulting with an attorney to figure out what needs to be done in order for this to be resolved.

This is by far the best experience ever for a house builder. and my first go around with Lennar. Michelle McCaskill, Alex Reyes,

If you got your ducks in a row, the money and just able to follow her instructions she will ensure the process is smooth. I can not wait to close!! Guys Lennar is the way!!!!
