I hardly ever write reviews but passing by made me remember how great of an experience I had when I came in a few weeks ago! I came in to browse and was greeted with the friendliest young lady! Her name larice I believe. Any questions I had she was able to pretty much answer on the spot! I will be returning for any future home projects. This girl needs a RAISE because I’ve stopped by before and didn’t feel the most welcomed. So thanks to her I’ll be back !

I went there to finance a vanity with sink. I was told I could finance for 90 days finance free. When I went to go set up my payments for a different amount to pay if off in 3 months it would not let me at first and the. When it did it was charging me 20 dollars taxes for each payment. So when I decided to pay in full with my credit card they charges me 61 dollars taxes when I paid 10 dollars that day and the cost was 650 and I ended up paying 801 today when I bought it yesterday. So where's the finance free charge if I paid it off before the 90 days and why charge me taxes on each payments when taxes were already in the finance charge. Beware of your contract when financing and they set up low payments to where you dont pay it off in 3 months. The sales person said we could adjust but never said we were going to pay taxes on each payment. Never again will I shop here or finance with them ever. Scammers!!!

Malone street, Please be more productive and tell your sub contractors to clean up. The purple bin is overflowing. I don't know how they will move it without trash falling all over the roads.. there are piles of rubbish and this needs to be monitored. Take a stance and clean please!!! We have had enough.

Sandcastle Homes is building on our street and it’s such a mess. I’d rather have the well-maintained vacant lot that was there before.

The amount of trash that’s on the ground outside their home is embarrassing...such an eyesore. Not to mention their vehicles line both sides of our narrow street...& they've blocked our driveway more than once.

This isn’t just one bad plumber, or a tile guy who’s messed it up, it’s always like this. It’s like nobody taught them to clean up their mess. The lack of responsibility is astounding. Why does my street have be ugly while they make money?

We put our home under contract early in construction and Sandcastle offered lots of options for us to customize the finishes to our liking.

I recently purchased a home built by Sandcastle Homes. Not only was I very satisfied with the end result, but their quality control manager, Jo Dunham, went WAAAY out of her way to make sure that each detail was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.....if I ever thought that I was going to move.

Sandcastle is amazing to work with. Outstanding organization. Best home builders in the market. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home. Zero complaints from start to finish.
